Paper towel dispenser The ingo-man ® paper towel dispensers are specially designed for great hygienic
demands: they are easy to clean.
The housing made of anodized aluminium has a bacteriostatic effect.
Waste bins The ingo-man ® line of wast bins is the perfect completion of the ingo-man ®
paper towel dispensers. Due to the hygienic back panel system the bins can be
removed from the wall and be cleaned.

Formation
About more than 40 years ago Hermann Ophardt established
the first OPHARDT business undertaking in Issum/Germany on
the left side of the lower Rhine. From the beginning great value
was attached to DEVELOPMENT. After a short time the start into
a young market for hygienic apparat uses was realized with only
six employees. With a special assortment of soap- and disinfectant
dispensers the business undertaking became a leading producer
of apparat uses for the complete field of sanitation.
The basic idea is to solve the dosing problem of the customer
in order to obtain a competitive advantage in the market.
Development
Thanks to a great depth of manufacture and a good sense for
developments in this special field, the OPHARDT Hygiene-Technik
gained a great know-how. This know-how is the result of great
efforts made to find again and again solutions for the
most different problems of the customers. At the location in
Issum engineers are developing new and innovative products
as well as the necessary equipment and machines.
An up-to-date machinery equipment is at the disposal of all
OPHARDT employees thus securing a flexible adaptation
to the customers’ needs and to changing market situations.
Products
The range of products which are all own developments comprises
sanitary apparatuses for hospitals, industrial areas, households
and public sanitary installations. Among these belong products
such as soap- and disinfectant dispensers, waste containers and
baskets, dispenser combinations for soap and tissues,
toilet paper dispensers and many other useful accessories
completing this series. Of course only high-quality materials
such as stainless steel, aluminium and synthetic material are used.
Furthermore OPHARDT also produces the appropriate
refillable receptacles and dispenser bottles made of
polyethylene or polypropylene.

Engineering efficiency by long serviceable life
Ophardt ingo-man® dispensers are well- known on the market for many years for its high quality and
there is a price to be paid for it. There are for sure more cost effective appliances on the market ....
but owing to the long serviceable life of our dispensers of minimum 15 years the purchase cost are
comparatively low. Thus, we offer high quality for an even better price.
Apart from the general legal liability for material defects (2 years), a voluntary three-year manufac-
turer’s warranty is issued starting from delivery date (applied only in case of intended use and when
using original Ophardt parts).
Hygiene
Very often infections are communicated by the hands. Owing to the small sup-
porting surface of the stainless steel operating lever the danger of transmission of
bacteria is reduced. In addition this hygienic standard is still optimized by our dis-
penser models equipped with a long lever („operatable by elbow“). All ingo-man ®
dispensers and pumps are easy to clean, dishwasher-proof and may also be treated
by autoclave depending on the basic material.
Freely fillable
The dispensers of the ingo-man® line can be filled up with all commercial filling goods such as dis-
infectants, alco gels, liquid soaps, creams and lotions. Thus the operator can reduce the operating
cost by the free choice of suppliers and products.

High-quality basic materials
ingo-man® standard products are made of high-quality hygienic aluminium, dull silver anodized or
of high-grade stainless steel (material no. 1.4301/ AISI 304) according to DIN EN 10088-1.
You have the choice between different surface coatings:
- aluminium. dull silver anodized
- brushed stainless steel
- powder coating (available in various RAL colours)
Optional accessories
Our ingo-man® line is completed by a large optional program of accessories. So for each ingo-man®
dispenser locking plates with visual slot/ visual window are available. Towel dispensers, waste bins as
well as other accessories are an optimum completion for the equipment of your specific property.

Thus, the risks of germination of the

is reduced. The vario-adapter is

by the autoclave.

The dosage quantity can be
adjusted by means of the
dosage block from 0.5

No other dispenser system in the hospital is such flexible as the
original ingo-man® series of Ophardt. Out of individual modules
of the most different dispenser housings and dispenser pumps you
assemble your desired soap and disinfectant dispenser together.
You want to replace a stainless steel pump by a plastic pump or
you want to use another filling material ? Just only remove the
dispenser from the wall, withdraw the pump out of the dispenser

owing to the small contact surface, the hygienic elbow operation and the additional anti-micro-
bial coating the risk of contamination is minimized.
Cleaning and sterilization In order to remove dirt the entire dispenser can be cleaned in a conventional dishwasher. In addition the ingo-man® dispensers made of aluminium and stainless steel as well as pumps made of stainless steel can be treated by autoclave at 134 °C during 20 min. / 3 bar.
Dosage adjustment
The dosage rate can be ad-justed via the dosage block of 0.75 ml up to 1.5 ml/stroke. Thus an easy adaptation of the pump to the different
media/ viscosities is possible (exception: foam pump).
Exchangeable pumps
For an exchange of the pump remove it back-wards out of the dispenser. Insert the pump vice versa.
It is recommended prior to each change of bottle to clean the dispenser pumps and to treat them by autoclave or in the dishwasher.

The Multi-Use-Wallplate system
According to the MUW principle the dispensers are hanged on to the wall plate by means of a shackle and are fixed on it magnetically.
The dispenser can be replaced, enlarged or exchanged. Also towels and gloves dispensers, timer and handouts etc. can easily be fixed magnetically. Possible fastening bores of previously mounted dispensers on the wall can be covered by the MUW.
The MUW system increases flexibility and hygiene. It consid-erably reduces the time needed and the expenditure for the mounting, renovation and cleaning.
