• Argentina Digital Law (Dec. 2014) mandates
the unbundling of all networks
• Decree 1350 (Jan. 2016) seeks to encourage
investment in high speed and NGN networks
by deferring the obligation to provide local loop
unbundling of NGN networks for a period of 15
years after the date of deployment.
