The group has the capability to design and manufacture the tools jigs and fixtures for the manufacture and repair of Aircraft, Helicopters & Engines —Assemblies & components. The designs are verified using stress analysis. The detailed drawings are then given for manufacturing to HAL tool room or HAL approved tool vendors . IHL continuously monitors the progress and provides any clarifications required to ensure that the tool is manufactured as per the design. Our team participates in inspection of the tool with the tool manufacturer and the client, and assists in the first piece qualification.
