What is it ?
A technology allowing guests to obtain information about any product, object,
location, characteristic of the Hotel.For culture & curiosity demanding customer
Augmented reality
• A digital mobile application with which guests can scan the item for which they would like to have more information.
• This service not only gives information but promotes a product giving the guest the possibility to purchase it at a preferential price, due to the partnership between the Hotel and the specific brand.
Why will it work ?
• In our experience we have learned that people are curious and like to know every detail of their environment.
• This application will serve as an innovative database, not only serving the curiosity of the guests but also educating the staff on the character and uniqueness of the hotel’s environment.
For which Hotels ?
• Depending on the category and specificity of the Hotel, its communication style, history and partnerships will influence the type of information delivered.
The palace
• Architectural insights: exterior and interior style, redesigns, and so on.• Furniture information: mirrors, chests, chandelier• Historical information• Anecdotes on past events• Links to a know-how
The Boutique Hotel
• Communication style will be more creative and casual• Promotion of designers, artists• High-tech products’ description (brand), functional information• Possibility to purchase On-App
The Green Hotel
• Promotion of products (choice of providers, eco footprint)
• Promotion of providers (contact information, access to catalogue)
• Environmental & Social responsibility actions taken by the Hotel: obstacles overcame and processes put into place in each department/room (for example a scan point in the restaurant explaining how they recycle or what special products they use that are environmental friendly).
