On November 3, 2015, the voters of Coolidge Unified School District No. 21(“CUSD”) and the voters of Florence Unified School District No. 1 (“FUSD”)will have the opportunity to help decide whether the boundary between theschool districts should be changed so that the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area(defined below) should be removed from CUSD and consolidated withFUSD.
Arizona law requires that a majority of the voters in FUSD and a majority ofthe voters in each of the two portions of CUSD (the area proposed to bemoved and the remaining portion of CUSD) must approve the boundarychange for it to occur.
The territory proposed to be consolidated/de-attached is referred to as the“CUSD-San Tan Valley Area” with the following approximate boundary lines:

SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARY CHANGE AND
CONSOLIDATION OF THREE SCHOOLS INFORMATION
The Governing Boards of the Coolidge Unified School District No. 21(“CUSD”) and the Florence Unified School District No. 1 (“FUSD”) havecalled for a special election to authorize the change of the school districtboundary between the two districts. The election would change the districts’boundary to move the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area that is currently part ofCUSD to FUSD.
If the majority of voters from FUSD and each portion of CUSD vote “yes” onthe ballot question, the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area taxes will be paid toFUSD, and CUSD-San Tan Valley Area voters will vote in future FUSD elections. In addition, approval of the boundary change transfers ownershipof the three CUSD schools in the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area to FUSD andFUSD assumes a portion of the outstanding debt of CUSD. The tax impactassociated with the boundary change is identified on the following table. Theboundary change, if approved by the voters, will be effective beginning fiscalyear 2016-2017.
If the majority of voters in any of the three voting areas vote “no”, CUSD-SanTan Valley Area students will remain with CUSD, CUSD-San Tan ValleyArea taxes will continue to be paid to CUSD, and CUSD-San Tan ValleyArea voters will continue to vote in CUSD elections.

The tax table below explains the tax rates for properties located in FUSD,CUSD, and CUSD-San Tan Valley Area, with and without implementation ofthe proposed boundary change for fiscal year 2015-2016. Please note, if theboundary change is approved, the actual change will not be implementeduntil fiscal year 2016-2017. The table below is an estimate and is requiredby Arizona Revised Statutes to give voters an understanding of the expectedtax impacts associated with the ballot measure. Voters in each of the threevoting areas may review the estimated tax implications under the status quoboundaries and the proposed boundary change scenarios. The bond taxrate applicable for properties located in FUSD, CUSD and CUSD-San TanValley Area, with and without the proposed boundary change, for fiscal year2015-2016 follow. Notes on the methodology follow the table.

Methodology:• The boundary change area (CUSD-San Tan Valley Area) is an estimated 48.71% of CUSD’s property value, which results in an estimated 48.71% of CUSD
annual debt service and principal amount of outstanding bonds being “transferred” to expanded FUSD.• Estimated 40.21% of CUSD combined assessed value, which is property value and SRP in-lieu value, being “transferred” to FUSD.• No overrides will be in existence in the first consolidation year (fiscal year 2016-2017). The analysis excludes levies and property tax rates associated with
the current FUSD override.• Assumes 40% of CUSD students are in CUSD-San Tan Valley Area. This analysis indicates both districts remain “state-aid” districts for Maintenance and
Operations funding purposes and the QTR.• Primary property tax calculation analyses are limited to rates associated with the Guaranteed Funding Level and the Qualifying Tax Rate.• Data Sources: Data has been provided by the Pinal County Assessor’s Office and Salt River Project and is the preliminary property value data for fiscal year
2015-2016. Average taxpayer estimates have been prepared using a methodology consistent with the methodology used by the Arizona Department ofRevenue.
• Pursuant to the forms of ballots, if the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area becomes a part of FUSD, FUSD, as enlarged, will assume the portion of CUSD’s bondeddebt and the FUSD area and the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area will be taxed at the same rate.

Consolidation Plan of the Proposed Boundary ChangeI. OVERVIEW
Florence Unified School District No.1 (“FUSD”) encompasses approximately819 square miles. FUSD currently has 9 schools; 7 of which serve pupils ingrades K-8 and 2 of which are high schools, serving pupils in grades 9-12. All schools are located in the Town of Florence and the San Tan Valley. Thetotal operating spending for FY14 in FUSD was $52,530,455.00. In FY14 the Arizona Department of Education letter grades awarded FUSDa letter grade of B (FUSD missed an overall “A” grade by only 4 points). Thenumber of schools by letter grade was: A=3, B=5, C=1. The pupilattendance rate was 95%. Coolidge Unified School District No. 21 (“CUSD”) encompassesapproximately 1,069 square miles. Currently CUSD has 8 schools on 6school sites: 2 elementary, 1 junior/senior high school and 1 alternativeschool in the City of Coolidge, with 1 elementary, 1 junior/senior high schoollocated in the unincorporated area of San Tan Valley. The majority of theschools, housing the largest student population, are nearly 25 miles apart. The total operating spending for FY14 in CUSD was $25,135,226.00.II. PROPOSED BOUNDARY CHANGESAs shown on the attached Exhibit A, it is proposed that a portion of propertylocated in CUSD be consolidated with FUSD. This transfer area is hereafterreferred to as the “CUSD-San Tan Valley Area.” CUSD-San Tan Valley’s Area is approximately 36 square miles.III. IMPACT OF PROPOSED BOUNDARY CHANGESA. Where Pupils Will Attend SchoolThe consolidation plan will change the FUSD boundaries in a number ofways. FUSD anticipates the following impact upon where pupils will attendschool:
• 8th grade pupils promoting to 9th grade and attending SkylineRanch K-8 School (70) and Walker Butte K-8 School (120) willattend San Tan Foothills High School for the 2016-2017 schoolyear.
• The boundaries for San Tan Foothills High School will include thenew consolidation area plus the 8th graders from Skyline RanchK-8 School and Walker Butte K-8 School (see map 1). This willreduce the incoming freshman class at Poston Butte High Schoolby 190 pupils (the current enrollment count at Poston Butte H.S.is 2024) and increase the number of 9-12 grade pupils at San TanFoothills to 650.
• The K-8 boundaries in the CUSD consolidated area will remain thesame.
• All K-8 pupils in the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area will attend SanTan Heights K-8 School (see map 2).
• San Tan Foothills 7-12 School will become a 9-12 grade HighSchool.
• San Tan Heights Elementary School will become a K-8 School. • Current 7th graders at Mountain Vista Middle School attending the
San Tan Foothills campus will move back to San Tan Heights K-8School.
• Mountain Vista Middle School site will remain closed for the 2016-2017 school year.
The consolidation plan will have no effect or impact on the portion of CUSDthat remains in the City of Coolidge or the outlying areas close to the City ofCoolidge and/or the portion of the reservation that lies south and west of theunincorporated portion of San Tan Valley.
B. Changes in Pupil Transportation Services
FUSD currently owns 76 school buses. As part of the consolidation, FUSDwill acquire 10 school buses from CUSD in order to transport pupils to SanTan Heights K-8 School and San Tan Foothills High School. The 10additional buses will be housed at the Poston Butte bus barn.
FUSD will no longer bus pupils from the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area to anyother school in Florence.
There will be no transportation changes to CUSD students that reside in theCity of Coolidge, the areas surrounding the City of Coolidge and/or the GilaRiver Indian Community.
C. Changes in Availability of Special Education Services
As part of the consolidation, FUSD will assume responsibility for providingpupils that reside in the CUSD-San Tan Valley Area with the specialeducation and related services required by their respective IEPs or Section504 Plans.
Aside from two pupils currently bussed in from Coolidge to San Tan FoothillsHigh School, all special needs pupils currently attending San Tan HeightsElementary and San Tan Foothills 7-12 School reside within the CUSD-SanTan Valley Area that would be consolidated. The only services that wouldchange would be that the 7th graders at the San Tan Foothills 7-12 Schoolwould be moved back to the new San Tan Heights K-8 School.
FUSD currently employs 9 school psychologists, 11 speech therapists,4 occupational therapists, 1 physical therapist, 1 vision therapist, and 1hearing specialist. With the additional psychologists and related serviceproviders currently employed by CUSD that FUSD expects to hire after theconsolidation, FUSD will have sufficient staffing to meet the needs of itsspecial needs student population following the consolidation.
CUSD will continue to meet the special education needs of all CUSD specialeducation students that reside within the district boundaries.
CUSD runs an EDP program, serving students in grades 4-8 with severebehavioral challenges. This district-based program is currently housed atSan Tan Foothills High School and will be relocated to a school site in theCity of Coolidge if the boundary change is approved.
D. Changes in Pupil-Teacher Ratios
FUSD is planning on hiring current CUSD staff (policies and laws apply) ifthe consolidation passes, so that pupil-teacher ratios (estimated at 24:1 inFUSD High Schools and 21:1 in FUSD K-8 schools) are not expected tochange as a result of the consolidation.
E. Changes in Operational Costs
FUSD estimates that after consolidation, an additional $5 million will beneeded to operate San Tan Foothills and San Tan Heights K-8 School.
CUSD estimates the Maintenance and Operations budget for FY17, after theconsolidation, will decrease to approximately $13.2 million. This isapproximately $6 million less than the FY16 budget year and is estimated tobe adequate to efficiently run the remaining portion of CUSD.
IV. DESEGREGATION FUNDING AND EXPENSES Not applicableas neither FUSD nor CUSD is subject to desegregation provisionsreferenced in A.R.S. § 15-459(D)(4)(c).

ARGUMENTS FOR AND AGAINST THE BOUNDARY CHANGE
ARGUMENTS FOR:
The Coolidge Unified School District Governing Board is in support of theschool district boundary change to consolidate the three San Tan ValleySchools into the Florence Unified School District.
As fiscal agents of taxpayers’ money, it is CUSD’s responsibility to identifyfiscal inefficiencies. Based on current student enrollment, CUSD couldoperate resourcefully with two elementary, one middle, one high and onealternative school. However, this model is not practical because of the 25miles and 45 minute drive between Coolidge proper and San Tan Valley.
We are asking the patrons of the district to approve consolidating the 36square miles of the San Tan Valley portion of the CUSD to FUSD. CUSDbased their decision on:
• The current inefficient use of tax dollars by duplication of programsand school sites for small numbers of students;
• Declining enrollment at the 3 San Tan Valley school sites;• The distance between the two populations of students;• And a decrease in the tax rate for CUSD.
If approved, it is projected CUSD secondary tax rate per $100 woulddecrease 12 to 19 cents per $100 assessed value.

ARGUMENTS FOR AND AGAINST THE BOUNDARY CHANGE
ARGUMENTS FOR:
The Florence Unified School District Governing Board is committed toproviding a high quality education for all students. Poston Butte High Schoolis nearing capacity, and a third high school is urgently needed. Alleviatingovercrowded classrooms maintains a safe learning environment and thequality of education improves.
Your approval of this school district boundary change will allow the District(FUSD) to consolidate three Coolidge San Tan Valley schools into FUSD andwill provide an already built, fully furnished high school, and more, effectiveJuly 1, 2016.
If approved, it is projected that Florence’s secondary tax rate per $100assessed value would increase about 13 cents. The increase will pay aportion of the remaining Coolidge bond debt, commensurate with the amountof property value that would be re-boundaried into FUSD. In addition to beingavailable at the beginning of next school year, acquiring these schools bydistrict re-boundary is also a more cost effective approach for our taxpayersthan building a new high school estimated at $50 million.

For the past six years the San Tan Valley Think Tank has been involved inthe effort to improve the quality of education in the San Tan Valley. Aftercareful consideration, I believe the consolidation of the San Tan HeightsElementary School, San Tan Foothills High School and the Mountain VistaMiddle School into the Florence Unified School District to be in the bestinterest of the students and families.
Florence Unified School District has developed high performing schools, hasattracted students in a highly competitive area, has outgrown their currentnumber of school facilities and has proven that it is helping to shape thefuture of education in the area.
I fully support the consolidation and implore the voters in San Tan Heights,the Town of Florence and the City of Coolidge to also vote in favor of theconsolidation in November 2015.

Regardless of your personal belief toward public education or public schools,the Coolidge (CUSD) and Florence (FUSD) Unified School Districts’ proposalto change boundaries and consolidate three CUSD San Tan area schoolsinto FUSD is a win-win opportunity for both districts and the San Tan Valley.Knowing the current demographics of the San Tan community, the need fora third high school is imminent. Building a new high school would cost $50million or more, and would take months to construct. Consolidation willprovide FUSD with 3 already built schools, furnishings, and 10 additionalschool buses for a price tag of only $16 million.
If you are a property owner paying taxes in Pinal County it is important foryou to vote. This consolidation will help to build community in a fragmentedarea. FUSD schools are highly rated, and strong school districts help toincrease property values. The San Tan Valley Chamber supports thisconsolidation and urges taxpayers to vote YES!

Consolidation for Florence Unified School District
I have lived in Florence for 35 years. For most of that time I thought Florenceschools were just that: schools in Florence. When I joined the School Boardin 2002 I learned we were opening a new K-8 school at Johnson Ranch. Ihad no idea until then that our District (FUSD) extended beyond theimmediate area of Florence. I subsequently learned that FUSD is about thesize of Rhode Island, extending from Oracle Junction to the border withCombs schools.
With the population boom in San Tan Valley FUSD continued to build K-8'sthroughout that area. Since Florence High was the only high school, withover 1300 students, we built Poston Butte High School. Each K-8 cost about$10 million and Poston Butte cost about $59 million. Poston is now abovedesign capacity and the K-8's are filling as well.
The proposed consolidation would bring two K-8's and a high school to FUSDfor about $16 million and they would be available for use at the start of the2016-2017 school year. All furnishings, equipment, and 10 buses will beincluded.
This sounds like a great deal to me for FUSD and the taxpayers in ourDistrict.

I believe that consolidation of the three Coolidge Unified School District SanTan Valley schools into the Florence Unified School District (FUSD) is awin/win for both districts. • El calculado valor tasado combinado de 40.21% de CUSD, que es el valor de propiedad y SRP en lugar, que se va a “transferir” a FUSD.• Ningunas anulaciones estarán en existencia en el primero año de consolidación (año fiscal 2016-2017). El análisis excluye exacciones y tasas de impuestos sobre la propiedad
relacionadas con la anulación actual de FUSD. • Asume que el 40% de estudiantes de CUSD se encuentran en la Área de CUSD - San Tan Valley. Este análisis indica que ambos distritos permanecen como distritos de “ayuda
del estado” de Mantenimiento y Operación para propósitos de financiamiento y el QTR. • El análisis del cálculo de impuestos sobre la propiedad primarios se limita a las tasas relacionadas con el Nivel de Financiamiento Garantizado y la Tasa de Impuestos
Cualificados.• Fuentes de Datos. Los datos se han proporcionado por la Oficina del Asesor del Condado Pinal y Salt River Project y es el valor de propiedad preliminar para el año fiscal 2015-
2016. El promedio de los cálculos de los contribuyentes de impuestos se han preparado usando una metodología consistente con la metodología que usa el Departamentode Ingresos de Arizona.

Plan de Consolidación del Cambio del Límite Propuesto
I. PERSPECTIVA GENERAL
Florence Unified School District No.1 (“FUSD”) abarca aproximadamente 819millas cuadradas. Actualmente FUSD tiene 9 escuelas; 7 de cuales sirvenestudiantes de los grados K-8 y 2 de cuales son high schools, sirviendo losestudiantes de los grados 9-12. Todas las escuelas están localizadas en elPueblo de Florence y San Tan Valley. El total de los gastos de operación parael Año Fiscal 14 de FUSD fue $52,530,455.00.
En el Año Fiscal 14 los grados de letras del Departamento de Educación deArizona le otorgó a FUSD una letra de grado de B (FUSD fallo en obtener ungrado de “A”general por solamente 4 puntos). El número de escuelas por gradosde letras fueron A=3, B=5, C=1. Las tasa de asistencia de estudiantes fue 95%.
Coolidge Unified School District No.21 (“CUSD”) abarca aproximadamente 1,069millas cuadradas. Actualmente CUSD tiene 8 escuelas en 6 solares escolares:2 primarias, 1 junior/high school y 1 escuela alternativa en la Ciudad deCoolidge, 1 primaria, 1 junior/senior high school localizada en la área noincorporada de San Tan Valley. La mayoría de las escuelas, alojando lapoblación más grande de estudiantes, se encuentran casi 25 millas aparte. Eltotal de los gastos de operación para el Año Fiscal 14 de CUSD fue$25,135,226.00.
II. CAMBIOS PROPUESTOS DEL LÍMITE
Como se muestra en el Documento de Prueba A, se propone que una parte dela propiedad localizada en CUSD se combine con FUSD. Esta área a sertransferida de aquí en adelante se refiere a como la “Área de CUSD-San TanValley.” El Área de CUSD-SanTan Valley es de aproximadamente 36 millascuadradas.
III. IMPACTO DE LOS CAMBIOS DEL LÍMITE PROPUESTOS
A. ¿A Dónde Asistirán Los Estudiantes a La Escuela?
El plan de consolidación cambiará los límites de FUSD en un número demaneras. FUSD anticipa que el siguiente impacto sobre dónde los estudiantesasistirán a la escuela:
• Los estudiantes del grado 8 pasando al grado 9 y asistiendo SkylineRanch K-8 School (70) y Walker Butte K-8 School (120) asistirán laSan Tan Foothills High School en el año escolar 2016-2017.
• Los límites de San Tan Foothills High School van a incluir la áreanueva consolidad además de los estudiantes del grado 8 de SkylineRanch K-8 y Walker Butte K-8 School (vea el mapa 1.) Esto va areducir la clase entrante de primer año de Poston Butte High Schoolpor 190 estudiantes y aumentará el número de los estudiantes delgrado 9-12 de San Tan Foothills a 650.
• Los límites de K-8 de la área consolidada de CUSD permanecerá lomismo.
• Todos los estudiantes K-8 de la Área de CUSD-San Tan Valleyasistirán San Tan Heights K-8 School (vea el mapa 2).
• La San Tan Foothills 7-12 School se convertirá en una High Schooldel grado 9-12.
• San Tan Heights School se convertirá en K-8 School.

B. Cambios de los Servicios de Transporte Estudiantil
Actualmente FUSD es dueño de 76 Autobuses escolares. Como parte de laconsolidación, FUSD va a adquirir 10 autobuses escolares de CUSD para podertransportar a los estudiantes a la San Tan Heights K-8 School y a la San TanFoothills High School. Los 10 autobuses adicionales se alojarán en la cocherade autobuses Poston Butte.
FUSD ya no va a transportar estudiantes de la Área de CUSD-San Tan Valleya cualquier otra escuela en Florence.
No habrá ningunos cambios de transporte para los estudiantes de CUSD queviven en la Ciudad de Coolidge, las áreas de alrededor de la Ciudad de Coolidgey/o la Comunidad de Indios Gila River.
C. Cambios de la Disponibilidad de los Servicios de Educación Especial
Como parte de la consolidación, FUSD asumirá la responsabilidad de proveerlesa los estudiantes que viven en la Área de CUSD-San Tan Valley la educaciónespecial y servicios relacionados requerido por sus respectivos IEP’s o Plan dela Sección 504.
Aparte de dos estudiantes actualmente transportados por auto bus de Coolidgea San Tan Foothills High School, todos los estudiantes de necesidadesespeciales actualmente asistiendo San Tan Heights Elementary y San TanFoothills 7-12 School viven dentro de la Área de CUSD-San Tan Valley que seva a consolidar. El único servicio que se cambiará sería el de los estudiantes delgrado 7 de la Escuela San Tan Foothills 7-12 serían trasladados a la EscuelaSan Tan Heights K-8 nueva.
FUSD actualmente emplea 9 sicólogos de la escuela, 11 terapeutas de habla,4 terapeutas profesionales, 1 terapeuta físico, 1 terapeuta de vista, y 1especialista de oído. Con los sicólogos adicionales y proveedores de serviciosrelacionados actualmente empleados por CUSD que FUSD espera empleardespués de la consolidación, FUSD tendrá suficiente personal para satisfacer lasnecesidades de la población de estudiantes de necesidades especiales despuésde la consolidación.
CUSD continuará satisfaciendo las necesidades de la educación especial detodos los estudiantes de CUSD que viven dentro de los límites del distrito.
CUSD administra un programa de EDP, sirviendo los estudiantes de los grados4-8 con desafíos graves de conducta. El programa basado en el distritoactualmente se aloja en San Tan Foothills High School y se va a re-localizar aun plantel escolar en la Ciudad de Coolidge si se aprueba el cambio del límite.
D. Cambios de las Proporciones de Estudiante-Maestro
FUSD tiene pensado emplear personal de CUSD actual (se aplican políticas yleyes) si se aprueba la consolidación, para las proporciones de estudiante -maestro (calculado en 24:1 en las High Schools de FUSD y 21:1 en las escuelasK-8 de FUSD) como resultado de la consolidación no se espera que cambie.
E. Cambios de los Costos de Operación
FUSD calcula que después de la consolidación, se necesitarán $5 millonesadicionales para operar San Tan Foothills y San Tan Heights K-8 School.
CUSD calcula que el presupuesto de Mantenimiento y Operación del Año Fiscal17, después de la consolidación, se reducirá a aproximadamente $13.2 millones.Esto es aproximadamente $6 millones menos que el año de presupuesto AñoFiscal 16 y se calcula ser adecuado para eficazmente operar la parte quepermanezca de CUSD.
IV. FINANCIAMIENTO Y GASTOS DE DESEGREGACIÓN No es aplicablesiendo que ni FUSD ni CUSD están sujetas a las estipulaciones dedesegregación que se refieren en los A.R.S. § 15-459(D)(4)(c).

ARGUMENTOS A FAVOR Y EN CONTRA EL CAMBIO DE LIMITES
ARGUMENTOS A FAVOR:
El Consejo Escolar de Coolidge Unified School District apoya el cambio dellímite del distrito escolar para consolidar las tres Escuelas de San Tan Valleyen el Florence Unified School District.
Como agentes fiscales del dinero de los contribuyentes de impuestos, es laresponsabilidad de CUSD de identificar ineficiencias fiscales. A base de lamatriculación estudiantil actual, CUSD podría operar hábilmente con dosprimarias, una mediana, una high school, y una escuela alternativa. Sinembargo, este modelo no es práctico por la razón de 25 millas y 45 minutosde viaje entre Coolidge y San Tan Valley.
Nosotros les pedimos a los clientes del distrito aprobar consolidando las 36millas cuadradas de la parte de San Tan Valley de CUSD a FUSD, CUSDbasa sus decisión sobre:
• El uso ineficaz actual de los dólares de impuestos por duplicando losprogramas y los solares escolares para pequeños números deestudiantes;

ARGUMENTOS A FAVOR:
El Consejo Escolar de Florence Unified School District está comprometidoa proveer educación de alta calidad para todos los estudiantes. Poston Buttese esta acercando a una capacidad, y una tercera escuela se necesitaurgentemente. Al disminuir el hacinamiento de las aulas mantiene unambiente de aprendizaje seguro y la calidad de educación se mejora.
Su aprobación de este cambio del límite del distrito escolar le permitirá aldistrito (FUSD) consolidar tres escuelas de Coolidge San Tan Valley enFUSD y va a proveer una escuela secundaria ya construida, completamenteamueblada, y más, a partir el 1 de julio de 2016.
Si se aprueba, se proyecta que la tasa secundaria de impuestos por $100del valor tasado iba a aumentar por aproximadamente 13 centavos. Elaumento pagará por una parte de la deuda de bonos de Coolidgepermaneciente, acordado con la cantidad del valor de la propiedad se iba acambiar del límite a FUSD. Además de estar disponible al comienzo delsiguiente año escolar, la adquisición de estas escuelas por el cambio dellímite del distrito también sería un enfoque más eficaz de costo paranuestros contribuyentes de impuestos que la construcción de una highschool nueva calculada en $50 millones.

A pesar de su creencia personal hacia la educación pública o las escuelaspública, la propuesta de Coolidge (CUSD) y Florence (FUSD) SchoolDistricts de cambiar los limites y consolidar tres escuelas de la área de SanTan Valley de CUSD en FUSD es la mejor oportunidad para ambos distritosy para San Tan Valley. Consolidación de Forence Unified School District
Yo he vivido en Florence por 35 años. Por la mayoría de ese tiempo yopensaba que las escuelas de Florence eran exactamente eso: escuelas enFlorence. Cuando me uní al Consejo Escolar en 2002 aprendí que ibamosa abrir una escuela nueva K-8 en Johnson Ranch. No tenía la menor ideahasta entonces que nuestro Distrito (FUSD) se extendía más alla de la áreainmediata de Florence. Subsecuentemente aprendí que FUSD era como eltamaño de Rhode Island, extiendo de Oracle Junction a la frontera de lasescuelas de Combs.
Con el boom de la población de San Tan Valley FUSD continuóconstruyendo escuelas K-8 por toda la área. Siendo que Florence High erala única high school, con más de 1,300 estudiantes, nosotros construimosPoston Butte High School. Cada K-8 costó aproximadamente $10 millonesy Poston Butte costó aproximadamente $59 millones. Poston hasobrepasado la capacidad de diseño y los K-8 se están llenando también.
La consolidación propuesta iba establecer dos K-8 y una high school enFUSD por aproximadamente $16 millones e iban a estar disponibles para eluso a los principios del año escolar 2016-2017. Se van a incluir todos losmuebles equipo, y 10 autobuses.
