• There is a lack of infrastructures within the organisations themselves.

Justification

• To improve the internal function of the NGOs.• To facilitate access to a Technological Society of

Information.• To endow NGOs with the necessary tools.• To increase the quantity and quality of the actions

of the NGOs in benefit of the community.

management of the NGO.• Technical assistance for the tools of management.
