Organization Structure:

• Company having semi automatic working system• The planning of manufacturing 45 different products in

size & brands is managed by Production Manager.• Store,Bottleing and washing unit incharge looks after the

production and makes the manual report of at the end of day to submit it to GENERAL MANAGER.

Organization Culture:• It is a Private limited company• It is tie up unit working for multi national company• PAID Leaves• Weekly Training for employees• Shifting of workers from one dept. to other.

SAP System

• Daily Production is entered in the system.• Order copy is generated and is sent to the main server at

BANGLORE for material used daily for production.• From there the data is collected by raw material supplier

in state and is delivered to the companies in• NAGPUR MUMBAI

Delta System:

• Use to record Packaging Material details.• A unique code of a material is inserted in a SYSTEM to

generate the order of the material dispatched or arrive before inserting in a SAP.

Tally

• TALLY ERP 9 is used for bills and receipts.• Bills Paid , Bills Received, etc.

Biometric Attendance

• Information of Employees• In time and Out Time.• Absentees in a DAY

Manual Reports and Excel Sheets

• Production report of a day.• Local entries of material.• Monthly Payments

Hardware For IS

• 2 main Computers consisting:1. SAP and Delta 2. Tally and Excel

• 8 computers monitoring the production process in all units within company.

Learnings:

• The procedure of PODUCTION unit in company.• Maintain Information using SAP and DELTA Systems.• Teamwork in an organization get a TURNOVER around

200 crore.

Turn over and POLICIES:

• As with a public company, a private company can consists of only one company owner

• Any private limited company is not permitted to offer it's share for sale

• Private companies are not publicly traded on a exchange market by its owner

• Turn over of company every year is around 175-200 crore
