Information for the April 26 to May 1, 2015 ASME Boiler Code Week

CODE WEEK REGISTRATION: All Code Week participants are requested to register in advance in order to be provided with name badges when you arrive in Colorado Springs. To register online follow this link https://w3.smartreg.com/webreg/ASME_BCWCO15/ Registration is free and the online registration website will be open until April 25th. You can pick up your name badge and the latest version of the meeting schedule at the ASME Registration Desk which is located in the Main Ballroom Foyer on the Mezzanine Level of the Broadmoor Main Building.

84th GENERAL MEETING OF THE NATIONAL BOARD: The ASME Code Week to be held in Colorado Springs will be held in conjunction with the 84th General Meeting of the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors. ASME RECEPTION: There will be no ASME reception during the Code Week in Colorado Springs. An ASME reception will be held during the November 2015 Code Week in Atlanta at the Westin Peachtree Plaza.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE

Shuttle service (one way and round trip) is available to the Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport. Once your flight plans are finalized, please notify the Transportation Department to arrange your shuttle transportation by calling 719.362.3276.

Colorado Springs Airport The shuttle service fare is $24 per person one-way. Upon arrival at the Colorado Springs Airport, please check in at The Broadmoor Welcome Desk conveniently located in baggage claim. The Broadmoor representative will tag your luggage and ensure you are taken to the appropriate building for your sleeping room at the resort where you will be able to check-in. ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Denver International Airport The rate for a shared ride shuttle is $92 per person one-way (excluding gratuity). Shuttles depart fifteen minutes past every other hour from 10:15 am to 10:15 pm (i.e. 10:15 am, 12:15 pm, 2:15 pm, etc.). Upon arrival at the Denver Airport, proceed to Door 500 in the baggage claim area to meet the Tour Ambassador. ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.

For your convenience The Broadmoor has an on-property shuttle service which provides daily transportation between all the resort buildings from 7:00 AM to Midnight. To request the onsite shuttle service, just stop by the bellhop desk located at each building lobby.

The Broadmoor Hotel is a very spacious property which sits on over 5000 acres of land. Don’t forget your comfortable shoes.

Parking at THE BROADMOOR

ASME has negotiated the following parking rates:

Valet parking is $16 per night with in-and-out privileges. This fee is posted directly to a guest's room bill. Valet parking is also available to those guests coming in for the day to dine or shop at our Colorado Springs resort. This is a complimentary, day service. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion.

Self-parking is available in the garage only. The charge to self-park for a 24-hour period is $14 per night, including in and out privileges. If a guest would like to self-park for the day, the charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum of $10 per day.
