Arrival & Race preparation:

Reporting time: Please report 1 hour prior to your race.• Full Marathon – 4:00 AM• Half Marathon – 6:00 AM• 10K Run - 7:00AM• 5K SWACCH BHARAT RUN – 8:00AM

Baggage counter: Baggage counter is available only for Full Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K participants.

Please do not leave any valuables like phones, camera, jewelry or original identification in your bag. The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, misplacement or theft of items in the baggage counter. The baggage counter will close at 11:00am. Please collect your baggage before closure time.

Restrooms: Portable Male & Female loos will be available for all participants in the stadium and at select locations along the route.

Timing Tag & splits points: Stick your timing tag at the back of the bib and recheck one more time at the timing counter at the Expo. The Bib must be clearly visible on the front of the participants t-shirt at all times during the race.Without the timing tag you will not get your timing. If we don’t have your reading at any one of the timing splits on the route, it will be deemed that you DNF (did not finish).

On the course:

Aid stations: Well Equipped all along the route (As shown in the route map)

Medical aid: Medical help is available at the start/finish as well as multiple points en route. Our medical partners completely understand your requirements as runners and are ready to handle anything from a twisted ankle to runner specific conditions like dehydration andhypernatremia. There are medical tents along the route, with doctors and medical sta�, besides ambulances patrolling the route. You are in safe hands.

PRIZES

The fastest 3 elite finishers ( Male& Female ) in the Full Marathon & Half Marathon will be awarded prizes based on gun time.

In the age group category , the fastest 3 finishers ( Male& Female ) in the Full Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K will be awarded prizes based on chip time.

All age category winners are required to meet the cut-o� timings to be eligible for Prize money.
