Digital Swaraj program is an initiative by eSamudaay to empower local entrepreneurs like you to set up your own ‘Digital business’ in your locality.

As a part of the program, you will be provided eSamudaay’s digital tools and expert mentorship to help you start an ecommerce business in your area.

The program will enable you to setup a local digital business whereyou can on-board neighbourhood shops, vendors, merchants, service persons

to the eSamudaay platform (mobile app) through whichthey can offer products and services to their customers.

How to Apply

Please check if you meet the following criteria

You should be a resident of India

You should be of minimum 21 years of age

Should have a valid photo ID

Should be willing to setup alocal e-commerce business

using the eSamudaay app platform

I have an idea for a business. Can I apply?

The current program is for finding talent of individuals/ team who wish to start an ecommerce business in their locality only. We are not looking for other business ideas. However, if you

have an idea for setting up a local non- ecommerce digital business,you can get in touch with us

Is eSamudaay a startup incubator?

No, eSamudaay is not an incubator. However, we have a different program which we will be launching in October for startups and new ideas.

Will I be getting financial help for my business?

You will be given access to the previously mentioned tools and mentorship for free of charge. However, there will be no monetary aid offered.

Yes, you can apply as group/collective with a team size of 3 at max.The group needs to assign a Team lead who will be responsible for decision making.

What are the prerequisites for the program?

Good knowledge about the local communityAble to converse in the local language.
