This is a unique LEARN - EARN – LEARN / STUDY - WORK – STUDY model designed by experts from UK, USA & India specially for those young Indians aspiring to work in the US, Europe and the Middle East and India.

The moment a student joins GEMS B SCHOOL, immediately the placement process will start and the student will be placed in a Job related to the specialisation in the MBA.

The student will work for five days a week in an industry, and study for two days in the GEMS B SCHOOL campus . This is because management is a skill which cannot be learnt by merely hearing, reading and observing, it is learnt by DOING. GEMS B SCHOOL will place the student in a suitable job related to the student's specialisation like HR, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare, Event Management, Hospitality etc, so that the student can learn the course practically in a company for 5 days and in the classroom for 2 days, 70% practically and 30% theoretically. The student will be paid a full time salary and not a stipend for this job. The salary will depend on the student's caliber and the prevailing market situation.

The MBA degree will be awarded by American Heritage University of Southern California, which is approved by The Bureau for Private Post Secondary Education California (Govt of California, USA), which is the statutory body of

the Government of California to recognise and approve Universities in California. On the strength of this degree students can apply for employments in the Private sector, and Overseas as well.

The student on successful completion of two years of study and work is at liberty to continue in the same job or change to a better job. The student can avail the assistance of the GEMS B SCHOOL placement cells located all over India for his / her further placements in India and abroad. GEMS B SCHOOL has a dedicated, separate overseas placement cell specially to assist students who are aspiring to work abroad. This service is absolutely free for the students of GEMS B School.

Hostel accommodation is provided for Boys and Girls during all the two years of study and work at an extra cost. Hostel stay is optional.

Bank loan can be availed by the student from the bank where the student's parents are banking. After the student's admission the institute will provide the student with the necessary documents to be produced to the bank for the processing of education loan.

Fees can be paid in easy instalments every three months over a period of two years.

Students who have completed or appeared for their Degree exams in any discipline can apply.

Unlike the usual MBA programmes this is a physically and mentally challenging program which requires the student's endurance.

This is an international post-graduate degree and not a diploma or executive MBA.

This is a Globally focused no-nonsense, hardcore, frills-free learning Programme conceived with the only intention of conditioning youngsters for challenging careers. Special inputs will be provided in personality development, English communication skills, Relationship management, Team building, Decision making, Leadership etc. One optional foreign language will also be taught..

Each student will get a LAPTOP. The student will also be taken on a 2 day outbound workshop. The fees for this programme is designed to suit the purse of all sections of society.

The total fee structure of this course, payable to AHUSC in USD and GEMS B School in INR, sums up to approx. INR, 4,00,000/-
