WORK EXPERIENCES Design analysis of fencing on parapet walls for

bridge project in Port Klang Enhance software skills (AutoCAD) by

preparing paperwork for method of statement for “spalled concrete on precast beams” and “launching of T beams on Pier 8-9”

Prepare BoQ for tender and contracts Site inspection in Gua Musang Project and Port Klang Order and purchase materials Analyze the volume of ready mix concrete

used every month, to estimate the progression of work

1. Design analysis of fencing on parapet walls Consist of rectangular hollow section

column, beams and zinc sheet Subjected to wind loading Mostly based on BS Code and Malaysia

Meteorological Department Must be in line with JKR requirements Purpose of fencing : to provide safety for

the road users, during the demolition of flyovers

Difficulties to get the basic wind speed in Port Klang

Table provided in the BS Code is only suitable for UK climate

Refer to Malaysia Meteorological Dept to find basic wind speed for Port Klang (near the sea)
