Industrial Products and Services has, over the past thirty years, built a well-earned reputation as a distributor and a custom manufacturer of high quality thermoplastic process piping products including pipe, valves and fittings. These products come in a variety of materials including PVC, CPVC, PVDF and other more specialized materials.

We work with leading global manufacturers to supply some of the top brands in the industry; names like IPEX®, Chemline®, Spears® and others.

We serve a very broad spectrum of markets including contractors, original equipment manufacturers, process plants, municipalities and oilfield resellers.

Custom Plastic Bending & Molding

With unparalleled skill and expertise, along with our proprietary technologies, we custom bend and mold thermoplastic pipe, up to 12” in diameter, into almost any shape imaginable.

We serve a diverse range of industries including: wastewater and water treatment facilities, telecommunication companies, infrastructure applications along with the utilities and oil/gas sectors.

Additional Production CapabilitiesOur production capabilities also include: threading, slotting, perforating, tapping, milling, notching, punching and routing. Other processes include embossing, engraving, solvent bonding and plastic welding.

PackagingBefore engineered pipe is delivered, all environmental casings are thoroughly cleaned and deburred both internally and externally. And finally, we can package products in a variety of ways including bar code labels, palletizing, crating, kit packaging and assembly packaging.

Custom Machining With state-of-the-art 5 axis CNC machining centres, we can manufacture quality machined products, in both small and extended production runs, that solve a problem or suit a special application.

Machining any plastic part is more cost effective than molding it when quantities are smaller and tighter tolerances are needed. We machine parts from PVC, CPVC, PE, Polypropylene, HDPE along with Nylon and Acrylic.

Custom Component Fabrication and Assembly

To complement our bending services, we perform all types of plastic component fabrication and assembly. We handle everything from custom building a simple component through complete manufacturing and assembly of finished plastic products and systems. Examples of our products and related applications include:

• Water well casing for domestic, municipal, industrial and dewatering applications.

• Environmental monitoring well casing and screen for groundwater monitoring, recovery wells, geologic surveys, observation wells and de-watering.

• Wastewater, drainage and septic system components including slotted pipe for basement water collection, septic system piping, custom drainage components and fabricated wastewater pipe.
