SHIPMENT / DELIVERYWe ship all parts in stock the same day they are or-dered. You tell us how you want it shipped. We com-monly use UPS and FedEx, but will use the carrier of your choice.

PRICE QUOTATIONS/NON-CATALOG ITEMSHydraPak is constantly adding parts to inventory. If you need a part that is not listed in our catalog, pro-vide a clear description or a sample and we would be pleased to source, quote and order it for you. We specialize in hard-to-find/non-catalog parts, which we either source from the manufacturer or custom machine in our facility to your specifications. Formal quotations for product and freight are available on request.

CREDIT CARDSHydraPak Seals accepts the following credit cards: Mas-tercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover Card. Credit card purchases or payments in excess of $1,000.00 are subject to a 3% processing fee.

BACKORDER POLICYBackorders will be shipped per customer request, in-cluding freight charges when applicable.

CREDIT POLICYOur payment terms for all open accounts are NET 30 days. Accounts outstanding over 30 days are re-viewed daily. Those that reach 30 days past due (60 days from invoice date) will be changed to COD until past due amounts have been paid. At 45 days past due (75 days from invoice date), all orders and back orders will automatically be put on credit hold until full payment is received.

RETURN POLICYHydraPak requires that a Returned Merchandise Au-thorization Number (RMA#) be assigned to every re-turn for order credit. To process your returns, please first call our customer service and obtain your RMA#. Returns must be requested and made within 7 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a 20% mini-mum restocking charge. Returned items will be in-spected and, if not in resalable condition, rejected for credit. Non-stock and special order items are non-returnable.

Effective on virtually any material, our water jet is fully programmable and does not require tooling.
