Our manufacturing range is up to 200 Tons lifting capacity currently and we can manufacture cranes with higher lifting capacities.

We have successfully executed over 2500 orders throughout India and several other countries for various industries such as Steel plants, Sugar plants, Cement plants, Power plants, Fabrication units, Granite plants etc.

All our designs are heavy duty construction and generally confirm to relevant IS standards such as IS 807, IS 3177, IS 4137, etc.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We maintain high standard of quality control. An independent quality assurance department directly reports to the Managing Director. Scrupulous care is taken by all the Engineers and Technicians to maintain high quality. We exercise Quality Control right from the Raw Material Stage to testing and commissioning stage of

cranes. Every component passes through various stages of rigorous set of tests as per our Quality Assurance

Plan. All the raw materials undergo chemical composition tests if their supplier doesn’t provide their tests

certificates. All the Butt welds that bear load are Radiographed as per norms and requirements. Other Non-destructive tests such as dye penetrant, Ultrasonic Tests and MPI are carried out based on

requirement. Heat treatment, Hardening and Hardness tests etc. are also done based on the technical requirements. All fabricated items such as Gear Boxes; Brake Drums, Rope Drums, etc. are subjected to stress

relieving. Quality of Shivpra Cranes products is evident from the repeated orders from M/s. BHEL, Indian

Shivpra Cranes is well known for its prompt after-sales service.

We have a team of Engineers and technicians who deal only with after-sales servicing and repairs.

We keep a regular stock of all the spares that might be required during breakdowns so that our customers don’t suffer long waiting hours.

On-site repairs are done within hours in most of the cases. We don’t just provide service for Shivpra manufactured

cranes but also provide service and repairs for cranes manufactured by other manufacturers.
