descriptionThe B&D P7™ Industrial door features an aluminium powder coated door frame which has a high strength to weight ratio. Customer has the flexibility to select from a range of different insert options, to design a door that suits the look of their industrial/commercial application.

The sectional garage door is made up of a number of rigid sections that are hinged together and move vertically in the opening, then horizontally along the ceiling, guided by tracks and counterbalanced with springs.

size rangeAvailable in sizes from 1370mm to 4500mm height and 1800mm to 7620mm in width (slat profile 5900mm max).

Inserts measure up to 575mm high, and up to 1428mm wide. The insert size cannot be changed. Width is limited to 1200mm with some inserts, check with your B&D representative for further details.

descriptionThe B&D Toughpanel™ is a steel sectional overhead door. It has five wide ribs across each panel, giving a shiplap board effect in either a smooth or woodgrain finish. It is suitable for heavy duty industrial and commercial applications, such as emergency services buildings, due to its strength and the ability to incorporate windows and insulation in individual panels.

The sectional door is made up of a number of rigid sections that are hinged together and move vertically in the opening, then horizontally along the ceiling, guided by tracks and counterbalanced with springs.

4.5mm acrylic window inserts are available in two sizes, 300mm x 730mm and 85mm x 380mm.

Expandedaluminiummeshwindowsarealsoavailable and can be added to individual panels. These windows measure 300mm x 730mm.

descriptionEnviropanel™ is a total insulated door system that doesn’t cut corners. Each insulated panel is produced using two layers of high quality steel and a solid EPS core, with an energy efficient thermal break that effectively separates the inner and outer skins of the panel.

This break reduces thermal transmission, improving overall insulation performance and effectiveness. In addition to insulation the panels provide noise reduction qualities.

EPS information• ExpandedPolystyrene(EPS)ismadefrom

expanded beads that are similar to those found in a ‘bean bag’ and contain approximately 98% air. The beads are injected into a moulding machine that applies steam and pressure, which fuses the beads together.

Standardheadroomdoorsshowndonotallowfordoorshigherthan2749mmhighand4800mmwidethatmayrequire50mmmoreheadroomdue to larger diameter cable drums. An additional 70mm headroom will be required if an industrial/commercial opener is to be used.
