The battery monitoring function of 2100.net ensures your access to all important data throughout the service life of the battery.

With 2100.net you require no electronic devices on the battery. A plug with an integrated RFID chip enables decisive battery

identification and an extensive reporting system on battery picks, chargers and individual batteries.

Motive Power batteries from GNB* can be equipped with air agitation. This technology ensures that the electrolyte is mixed by

air, pumped through a small tube mounted on each single cell. Batteries equipped with air agitation systems can be fast charged

or charged with a low charging factor, resulting in less water and energy consumption. It is possible to retrofit air agitation to

batteries which are already in use.

The GNB electrolyte level sensor indicates the electrolyte levels of batteries. Therefore the sensor makes an important contribu-

tion to ensuring the safe usage of your Motive Power batteries. Also – a warning appears immediately on a LED display when

the electrolyte level is low.

The following versions are available:

> Standard (LED display on the battery)

> Remote display (e.g. LED in the dashboard)

> Dual level batteries

> Plug connection

GNB's Liberator range is equipped with an electrolyte level sensor as a stan-

dard feature.

Aquamatic plugs automatically ensure that the electrolyte level in the battery is always correct. The water refilling process can

be easily seen via a display in the plug lid. The Frötek Aquamatic plug HD is standard for GNB batteries delivered with the

Aquamatic system.

Properties of the Aquamatic plug:

> Pressure range (0.2 – 2.5 bar)

> Diagnosis opening with sealing plugs integrated into the lid

> Separate water supply and gas discharge

> Special acid aerosol restraint system (degassing labyrinth)

At the customers request, batteries can be equipped at the factory with

either BFS plugs or Aquajet injector system for ultra-fast water refilling.

The GNB service mobile is the mobile water refilling station for the maintenance and

upkeep of Motive power batteries. It is used when the installation of a water refilling

system is not possible or is too complicated. The service mobile has a stable and

secure construction and is easy to handle.

The complete range of equipment makes manual filling of batteries with a filling gun

just as possible as the use of Aquamatic equipment via the sealed coupling system.

The 60 l water tank fastened with a lashing strap can be removed at the front and is

thus easy to change or refill.

GNB helps you optimizing the operating conditions of your batteries. We

carry out BATCOM measurements of your batteries and evaluate the data.

On the basis of the resulting data, we will work with you to help optimize the

operating conditions of your batteries.

In addition, we will advise you which battery technology is best suited to your

vehicle fleet, to ensure maximum availability of your batteries and minimal

maintenance costs.

Motive Power batteries from GNB can be equipped with commercially available plug systems in the factory at the customers

request. GNB Motive Power batteries are equipped with plugs confirming to DIN/EN with the plug sizes 80A, 160A, or 320A as a

standard.

Other plug systems:

> DIN/EN plugs in the MRC version

> Flat contact plugs

ATEX explosion-protected batteries are only equipped with plug systems with an EU type approval test certificate (Zone 1/21) or

which are suited for the proposed application.
