• How to log in: username: last name first initial (example: mcentirea) password: 1234

• Change your password in System Preferences>Users and Groups

• Log in, go to email and sign the form

Acceptable Use: STUDENTS• Parents & Students must complete form & return to school by 9/9

• Homeroom teachers at all levels will be required to enter the data in PowerSchool on the Demographics page by 9/22

• EMAIL is available for students in 6-12 There is a concern word filter in place Students can only send/receive from @roverkids.org and @eastonsd.org

• Emails that are flagged for inappropriatecontent will go directly to building principal

To find student login information • View individually on student Demographics page in

PowerSchool

• Username is the Network ID field followed by @roverkids.org

• Password is easd followed by the Student Number (easd12345)

• NOTE: You can print a sheet of 5160 labels with the info for an entire class by choosing Print Report and then Student Google Drive Info Labels 5160

Google Apps for Education

• Get organized… click NEW and create folders for classwork

• Click NEW to create Docs, Sheets, Slides

• Click SHARE to work with small groups or share with teacher

• Locate files that were shared with them by clicking SHARED WITH ME

• View RECENT files

• For differentiating instruction, sharing lesson information such as video clips, notes, pictures, sound files

• Easy to use, user friendly, unlimited number of “classrooms”
