DRIVING OUR CLIENTS TO OPTIMAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, IMPLEMENTING THEIR STRATEGY IN EACH WATER CYCLE STEP

The Work Force Management component supports water utilities in managing work orders dispatching and field services execution. The WFM can be fully integrated with the company’s corporate systems, thus automating and optimizing the whole field service process.

Indra’s Work Force Management solution manages field team activities, updating the relevant information, proposing routes and giving the Utility the needed mobility conditions to perform the field works..

The solution for the Commercial Management of Water Utilities, which gives an overview of the status of each of the company’s operating lines: meter reading, effectiveness of the field operations, revenue assurance and billing statistics, the multichannel collection management and flexible debt recovery processes according to features.

Additionally, it provides the ability to incorporate methods for remote meter reading and multiple estimation methods which reduce operating costs and accelerate the meter-to-cash cycle through an improved representation of the reality on current estimates.

Indra’s smart metering solution assists Water Utilities in processing large data volumes intelligently and transparently in order to manage efficiently their resources and improve their processes. It is addressed in two modules:

üMeter Data Capture: Smart Approach into Meter Data Acquisition and Command Execution.

üMeter Data Management: the centralization of the information from different sources, processes, storages and the elaboration of complex analysis of meter and other utility-related data.

DRIVING OUR CLIENTS TO OPTIMAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, IMPLEMENTING THEIR STRATEGY IN EACH WATER CYCLE STEP

The water and the energy sectors are being inextricably linked through a co-dependent and complex relation of mutual exchange of resources often referred to as the Water-Energy nexus.. Their integrated management can provide important economic and environmental benefits without compromising water quality.

Indra’s advanced solution for monitoring and control processes based on open IoT standards, integrated with existing automation and control systems. It establishes a comprehensive approach to face the current and future Water–Energy challenges..

Indra’s O&M Platform for Water is an integrated, modular and complete product that supports the operation management and assets maintenance such as Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Drinking Water Treatment Plants (DWTP), Sludge Treatment Plants and Seawater Desalination Facilities covering the quality requirements for the environmental impact process and control.

Indra’s GIS combines geospatial component with mobility elements and augmented reality in order to address the water utilities’ needs.

The system provides the set of tools needed in order to analyze and visualize the network and customer data. Therefore it helps the process of making decisions about operations management and water losses location.
