A drama based on a true story of a college professor’s bond with the abandoned dog he takes him into his home.
Set during World War II, a story seen through the innocent eyes of Bruno, the eight-year-old son of the commandant at a concentration camp, whose forbidden friendship with a Jewish boy on the other side of the camp fence has startling and unexpected consequences.
A romantic drama about a soldier who falls for a conservative college student while he's home on leave.
Dramatic ThemesAlcoholism Drug addiction Poverty
Class division Violence against women Corruption
My chosen theme of Drama
• Drug addiction and love.
Example of drug film
Ideas
• Violence with women• Bullying• Obsession of person loved• Addiction of drugs
My final idea/what will happen in the whole film
• A very happy college couple.• Girl meeting new friends• Boyfriend trying to stop it, but she gets addicted to drugs• Boyfriend gets in trouble with her bad group of friends
and gets killed• At the end girl realises the mistake she have done and
kills herself.
What will happen in the opening sequence
• Showing happy couple• Showing how girl will get addicted to friends and boyfriend trying to tell her
she is wrong• Showing friends giving her drugs• Showing how her friends will bully her boyfriend• Showing part when she realises. (at the end)
End of opening sequence
• End with a catchy scene such as : create tense so they will wonder what will happen next.
• I will be showing quick shots of the boy getting bullied and her crying
This should keep the audience tensed and interested because they won’t know what will happen next
Storyboard
Script
Target audience
• Young adults• because that is the age of teenagers getting
involved with drugs• so it might make them understand that it is not
good, and that they will destroy relationships with their loved ones by taking drugs.
