This band shot is taken outside and is made to look like they are unaware of the shot being taken. The scenery isn’t colourful and neither is the weather which shows that the band is indie because there are no in your face bright colours like in the pop industry. They are all wearing what they want so there is no set theme in the costumes apart from the colours all being plain and dark.

The last shot is a studio shot, this shows that there is variety in where indie groups take their images. They are in a slightly more set pose, however they are all wearing different things so there is still no theme in attire and there isn’t a set emotion to the picture. Dark and basic colours are a common theme throughout the indie bands.
