The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST DRAGAN  NEŠKOVIĆ (born in 1973) AND ZORAN ILIĆ (born in 1973) (14.09.2010. 14:45) The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an Indictment against: - Dragan Nešković, born on 24th Dec 1973 in Sarajevo, residing in Sokolac, national of BiH, and - Zoran Ili ć, born on 6th August 1973 in Ljubovija, Republic of Serbia, residing in Srebrenica, national of BiH. The Indictment alleges that the accused Dragan Nešković and Zoran Ilić, as members of the Jahorina Training Centre of the Special Police Brigade of the MoI RS, in the period between 10th July and 19th July 1995, participated in the persecution of Bosniak civilians in the territory of Srebrenica Municipality . As stated in the Indictment, on 12th and 13th July 1995, in the settlement of Budak near Potočari, at the time when Bosniak civilians were abandoning their property while fleeing to the UN base in Potočari, the accused, armed with machine guns, participated in the search of Bosniak houses with the aim of rounding up Bosniak population and escorting it to the UN  base in Potoč ari, where as the accuse d were aware that the Bosniak civ ilians from Potoč ari would against their will be transferred to the territory controlled by the Army of the Republic of BiH. In Potočari, Bosniak civilian men were separated from their families, and thereafter detained in the “white house” in Potočari, which was guarded by the members of the Jahorina Training Centre, and from there, they were transported by buses first to Bratunac and then to execution sites in the broader Zvornik Municipality area. The accused Dragan Nešković is charged that on 13th and 14th July 1995, in the warehouse of the farming cooperative Kravica, he ordered two members of the Jahorina Training Centre he knew to deprive the lives of two captured Bosniaks men, which they did. The accused Zoran Ilić is charged that by individual firing of bullets from an automatic weapon at the pile of  bodies of previously executed captives, he “verified” whether any of the executed captives survived, and that on 17th July 1995, in the village of Jelah, he summarily executed one captured Bosniak male. The accused are charged with persecution of Bosniak civilians on political, national, ethnic, cultural and religious grounds by depriving captured Bosniak men of life, forcible transfer of Bosniak civilians, capturing Bosniak men and other inhumane acts, by which they committed the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity in violation of Article 172(1)(h) of the CC

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an Indictment against: - Dragan Nešković, born on 24thDec 1973 in Sarajevo, residing in Sokolac, national of BiH, and - Zoran Ilić, born on 6thAugust 1973 in Ljubovija, Republic of Serbia, residing in Srebrenica, national of BiH.The Indictment alleges that the accused Dragan Nešković and Zoran Ilić, as members of theJahorina Training Centre of the Special Police Brigade of the MoI RS, in the period between10th July and 19th July 1995, participated in the persecution of Bosniak civilians in theterritory of Srebrenica Municipality.

As stated in the Indictment, on 12th and 13th July 1995, in the settlement of Budak near Potočari, at the time when Bosniak civilians were abandoning their property while fleeing tothe UN base in Potočari, the accused, armed with machine guns, participated in the search of Bosniak houses with the aim of rounding up Bosniak population and escorting it to the UN

In Potočari, Bosniak civilian men were separated from their families, and thereafter detained inthe “white house” in Potočari, which was guarded by the members of the Jahorina TrainingCentre, and from there, they were transported by buses first to Bratunac and then to executionsites in the broader Zvornik Municipality area.

The accused are charged with persecution of Bosniak civilians on political, national, ethnic,cultural and religious grounds by depriving captured Bosniak men of life, forcible transfer of Bosniak civilians, capturing Bosniak men and other inhumane acts, by which they committedthe criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity in violation of Article 172(1)(h) of the CC

BiH, in conjunction with Article 29 of the CC BiH and 180(1) of the CC BiH.

The Indictment was submitted to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
