Indiana Softball Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade

level and/or gender. Space is limited for each camp and enrollment is granted on a first-

come, first-serve basis. Early enrollment is strongly encouraged to ensure participation. Indi-

ana Softball Camps are not affiliated with Indiana University or Indiana University Athletics.

The legal housing company of Indiana Softball Camps is Michelle Gardner, LLC.

CAMP ENROLLMENT—Limited to 60 Participants

The Medical Consent Form and Waiver is REQUIRED for all campers. Campers will not be per-

mitted to participate without these forms presented on the first day of camp check-in. This form

can be found on the registration flyer and can also be obtained by emailing IndianaSoftball-

REQUIRED FORMS FOR PARTICIPATION

All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to

any camper. A basic checklist of what to bring includes: bat, helmet, batting gloves, glove, cleats

AND gym shoes (metal cleats are not allowed inside hitting facility) and catcher’s gear if neces-

sary. All private gear should be properly labeled. Indiana Softball Camps and Michelle Gardner,

LLC are not responsible for equipment lost or stolen while attending camp.

SOFTBALL EQUIPMENT

It is strongly encouraged to register online at www.HoosierSportsCamps.com for Indiana Softball

Camps. Please note that there is a handling fee for all payments made online with a valid credit

card. A automated confirmation from Hoosier Sports Camps will be available if payment was

successfully received online. If mailing a registration and/or payment, a confirmation notice will

be sent via email. Confirmation emails are only sent once payment has been collected. Please

note that there will be a $35.00 NSF fee for all returned checks.

Please check emails frequently in the immediate weeks leading up to the start of camp.

CONFIRMATIONS

There are no discounts or refunds available for participation in Indiana Softball Camps.
