Affidavit of Shri Shailish Yadav S/ o Shri Ajay Pal aged 36 years Managing Director of M/S Arya Facilities Pvt.

Ltd., M 18, Old DLF Coloney, Sector- 14 Gurgaon 122001.

1. The above named deponent, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I am the named deponent in the above company firm and such am well conversant with the

function ing of the company/firm and state on oath/depose this affidavit.

2. That the establishment of the deponent viz M/s Arya Facilities Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as

the cont ract) is an independent legal identity and contractor in accordance with the provision of

the cont ract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970, having its employees deployed/ shall

deploy 60 Nos. of employees at the premise of M/s Modern Convent School (herein after to as the

principa l Employer) to carry out facility management work Sector- 4, Dwarka, New Delhi- 110075.

3. That the deponent has entered in to an agreement with M/s Modern Convent School (Principal

Employer) to carry out above work on 01November2015 to 31October2017.

4. The deponents have deployed/do not deploy the worker's in the premises/establishment of the

Principal Employer doing the same nature of work which is is being done by the worker's

employed directly by the principal employer.

OR

That those worker employed/shall deployed by the deponent contractor and performing the

same & similar kind of work as being done by the workers directly employed by the principal

Employer.

5. That each and every employee of the establishment of the deponent contractor is being /shall be

paid not less than the minimum rate of wage fixed for their category of employment under the

provision of minimum wage act 1948 (including overtime etc.)

not abolished by any Authority or Board under the provisions of contract Labour (R&A) Act. 1970.

website www.aryagroup.ind.in and website is not password protected and will be update every

month, further the required information and documents shall not be removed from the website.
