IIM, Indore feels proud to introduce the first Armed Forces Officers' class to the corporate world. As already trained and experienced service officers, they are task oriented, self-disciplined, infectiously enthusiastic, and courageous, with a can-do attitude. They display enviable drive & determination, energy, team-spirit and communication ability. They are comfortable with technology, its application & management an indicator of continuous modernization of the Indian Armed Forces.

The focus during this residential programme at IIM Indore was to orient them to the corporate culture, norms, values, practices and usages. They have been provided training in business practices in the core areas of Managerial Finance And Accounting, Business Economics, Corporate Communication, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Planning and Management And International Business apart from their Elective Subjects. IIM, Indore has also put them through a first-hand experience of the corporate work culture through industry internship. I am glad to say that the industry experience has been very educative and enriching for them all.
