rica. Currently a Senior Consultant with Lean Office &

Digitization Niche of CGN Asia Pacific, his consulting

domain include BPR, project/program management,

and Lean Solutions. He conducts trainings in project

management.

He is distinguished as the first certified Earned Value

Professional (AACEI, USA) in India and is the Vice Presi-

dent (Membership & Advocacy) South India Chapter of

AACEI.

Dipanker has managed many soft-
