Pay Roll Giving (PRG)

How you can partner with CRY

The management can choose to match the total donation collected by employees, or agree to donate a fixed amount per month on behalf of the employees.

Pay Roll Giving (PRG)

Through the method of Pay Roll Giving, employees voluntarily donate a fixed sum, thatis deducted from their salary, on a monthly basis.

Quick and easy way to contribute

Doesn’t require monthly reminders

Donations can start as low as ` 100 a month

Involves almost no paperwork

Easy to set up and maintain

Advantages of PRG:

The partnership with CRY is announced to employees through emailers, posters and other communication.

CRY makes a presentation to employees.

Employees interested in donating through Pay Roll Giving, sign up by filling a simple form.

Completed forms are handed over to HR/pay roll.

HR/pay roll consolidates deductions every month and includes an equivalent amount from the organisation’s side.

A consolidated cheque is handed to CRY on a monthly basis. This amount goes towards supporting CRY projects in India.

How PRG works:

More than 300 employees of Keane, Bangalore have enrolled for Pay Roll Giving programme with CRY.

Direct Project Funding (DPF)

You can support CRY by directly funding one of our 220 projects across the country.

These projects work to resolve children’s issues like education, healthcare, child labour and discrimination.

Map is for representative purposes only

You get qualitative and quantitative progress reports of the project every 6 months.

All donations are tax exempted under Section 35AC.

Once a year, a core team from your organisation can visit the project site, to witness the process of change for themselves.

You can identify projects that are in keeping with your CSR agenda.

You can share the tangible impact made to the project supported, with your stakeholders.

Advantages of DPF:

• Focusing on predominant issues in a particular geographical area

• Working with local children, theirfamilies and the local government

Our CRM relationship with the Oberoi Group

We reach out to the clientele of the Oberoi Group of Hotels through a co-branded envelope placed in every guest room. This carries information about our initiatives and encourages guests to donate towards the cause of child rights.
