Winemaker: Pierre-André DumasAt our family estate, we cultivate almost 17 hectares of vines in the heart of Beaujolais. Son and grandson of winemakers for many generations, Pierre-André together with his wife Céline, took over the family vineyard in 1999 from his father Michel, who created the vineyard in 1958 and with whom he worked the land for over ten years. The Domaine Pierre-André Dumas is born, since then a new cultivating orientation; Proud of his “terroir”, Pierre-André chose to respect this bountiful land and began a “Reasoned Cultural Approach” by becoming member of Terra Vitis. The terroir, often forgotten, then became a priority in the making of his wines. Conscious of the strong impact of marketing has in the selling of wine, Céline and Pierre-André decided to create a new image for the Estate that reflects both the modern aspect together with full respect for tradition and terroir, this element so well founded in the Beaujolais wines and in their hearts. They create two different but complementary types of wines where one finds; On one hand the convivial and festive spirit

under the brand “Terres d’Alice” and on the other hand the terroir and excellence under the name Pierre-André Dumas. The Domaine Pierre-André Dumas represents today: Terre d’Alice in red wine (Beaujolais Villages), and Rosé wine (Beaujolais Rosé) and white wine (Beaujolais Blanc) and the Pierre-André Dumas for the Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly wines.

Winemaker: Erell NinotIn the Ninot family, we have been winemakers and coopers since the 14th Century. My grandfather was one of the driving forces behind the Rully appellation when the Côte Chalonaise wine region was not yet known. At his passing away, the vineyard, that was destined to be divided between his five children, had to be sold. My father did everything in his power to keep this heritage in the family. He kept his part, 5 hectares of vines and had to start everything from scratch. Then it was my turn, I came to the estate after my oenological and business studies and some professional experience abroad. Then my brother Flavien joined me. We modernized the vineyard methods by going backwards in time; no more weed killers, lower yields and slowly but surely

toward organic growing. We try to be coherent, meticulous in the vineyard and very little unnatural intervention in the winery.

Red mercurey first growth: Ruby colour, aromas of small soft black and red fruit. Good balance.

Red mercurey: Ruby hue, aromas of small soft red and black fruit. Good balance in the palate.

white Rully first growth: Golden colour, good intensity, aroma precision on small yellow fruit. Ample finesse.

white Rully: Golden nuances with tints of green. Notes of acacia,

hawthorn, honeysuckle and elder tree. Hints of quince and dried fruit. Very notable round and fresh fruit.

Red Rully: Cherry red to dark garnet. Aromas of small soft black and red fruit. A supple and round attack followed by a consistent, and well-structured body where the tannins don’t overpower the fruit.

Winemakers: Michel and David GeorgeOur family-run estate, created byMichel and Concepcion, spans over 16.66 hectares in the heart of the Chablis region. We work on different terroirs: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis first growths“Beauregards”and “Montmains” as well as a Vielles Vignes cuvee. We use a reasoned cultural approach so as to limit environmental impact. We are also members of the “Vignerons Indépendants”the independent vintners association. Jonathan, the elder son and David, the next eldest have joined his parents at the vineyard and today

they sell the “Domaine George” wines around the world while always tending to the vineyard and its wines.

Domaine George Burgundy-Beaujolais

Chablis: The Chablis is the major wine produced here. Made from the blending of the wines from our best terroirs, it is fruit forward with a touch of minerals. On specific, well defined vintages it is both fresh and fruity. The freshness of the vintage gives off emblematic Chablis. Other vintages, such as the 200, are well rounded and more powerful and are best matched with rich foods.

Chablis First Growth Beauregards: With a south, south-west exposure, on a marly-limestone soil, this cru is in a valley protected from the wind by an escarpment. Early ripening, the harvests are often undertaken when the grapes are very ripe. It is at 300meters of altitude where these wines that are supple, round and flattering are made. Their lightly mineral character makes for seductive wines that please all from their youth on.

Winemaker: Francis LamblinThe Château Lamblin is situated in the region of Bourg sur Gironde, in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg winegrowing area. The terroir that is within a micro-climate and a special geographical situation at the “Bec d’Ambès”area is composed of clayey-limestone and silty-gravel. It possesses all of the natural benefits to best grow the vines. The vineyard has the following planted grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. “After a military career I took a career path in 1997 in order to educate myself on how to become a vintner, following the footsteps of my grandfather and saving the family heritage of a small, 3 hectare vineyard. This is how « Château Lamblin » was born. Always following the philosophy of living life as healthily as possible, it was why I decided to use an organic cultural approach, preserving our environment and

therefore our health. “

Château Lamblin Bordeaux

Cuvée Prestige: Barrel ageing in oak for 12 to 1 months. Each vintage receives its name from a salient event that happened in the passing year. Wines with lovely concentration, tannic with red fruit aromas and delicately toasted.

Cuvée Confidence: Bottle aged in oak for 24 to 30 months. Production is exclusively limited to the exceptional years, bottles are serial numbered, labels in pewter, encapsulated with wax. Blending on the Merlot and Malbec vieilles vignes.

Winemakers: Michel and Nicole L’AmoullerOur estate is situated in the heart of the Premières Côtes de Blaye appellation in the county of St. Martin Lacaussade that is less than 2 kilometers from the Blaye city center and its magnificent citadel. We cultivate 20 hectares of vines whereby 0.9% is in white wine and the rest in red. Our primary objective is to produce grapes that are both healthy and ripe to ensure the best possible wine. For that reason our vineyard is certified for its reasoned cultural approach so as to protect the environ-ment, our workers and the consumer. Our faithful clientele re-cognize our wines for their typicity and very authentic nature.

Terroir: This wine, that is predominantly Merlot, is borne out of a clayey-limestone soil. Its colour is bright with ruby tints. After aerating the wine, one finds typical and powerful aromas. The attack is fruity and voluminous with notes of candied fruit.

Prestige: A very dark hue with bright violet tints. The nose is very expressive and the fruit leads the way to woodyness. Aromas of very ripe soft black fruit (blueberry and black cherry) and then a well-rounded wood appears (nuances of vanilla). In the mouth, there is a very well balanced attack with velvety tannins and a sweet and harmonious length.

F. De Frédignac: A bright red colour. After turning in the glass, the fruity nose comes forth. Soft black fruit aromas. On the palate, a very round attack expresses a supple and very drinkable wine. The length shows up very rich and ripe grapes. A pleasurable and well balanced wine due to its silky tannins.

Winemaker : Hugues DelayatIn 1974, this family estate that was originally established in 1895, was entirely restructured by Remi Delayat, who was passionate about Medoc wines, and then continued to develop and progress under the direction of Nicole Delayat. It wasn’t until 1997 when, I, Hugues, their son, took over as head of this domaine. The passion for Médoc wines and their unquestionable « character »was passed down to me and I seek out the same spirit of traditions such as planted grape varieties of the Medoc, the respect for the “terroir” through a reasoned cultural approach and moving towards an organic growing method never using weed killers, but all the while using modern techniques (computerized product traceability, and temperature control) and most of all following tradition.

Château Hourbanon medoc Cru Bourgeois: The blending of this wine is greatly oriented towards the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, and is crafted and aged to produce wines for laying down. The tannins are both powerful and silky and evolve towards a great complexity after barrel ageing for 16 to 1 months.

Château R.C. Delayat: Typically Medoc, this wine is the happy result of subtly combining its full body and well roundedness. Distinctively for ageing, it presents fruity aromas that persist over the years and that impart upon this wine all of its charm.

We use no chemical fertilizers, insecticides or anti-rot agents so as to preserve the micro-biology of our soils.

Winemaker: : Jean-Benoit PelletierA 10 hectare family estate to the north of the Saint-Chinian appellation in the foothills of the Cévènes and the “Black” Mountain ranges, the Belles Courbes Estate takes its name from the curvaceous mode of vine plantation through three hills so as to avoid the erosion of the schisty soil. These 50 year old vines at low yields produce concentrated wines that are on spice and two rosé wines that have remarkable complexity and balance and that are to be consumed over the entirety of a meal. Abandoning the use of week killers and chemical insecticides allow for the conservation of the scrub and the bush mounds between the vines facilitating the balanced proliferation of the flora and fauna.

From these reasoned cultural methods, impetus is given so that our trade is at the crossroads of giving you pleasure, lots of pleasure, for the longest possible time, while at the same time protecting nature, that, luckily for us, tolerates man…

Domaine Belles Courbes Languedoc Roussillon

Rosé Tradition: Rose of a short maceration, 14 to 1 hours, then using the “saignée” method by gravity. This is the oldest traditional method that allows us to obtain rose’s that have a darker colour but that are fleshy and food friendly with lots of fruit on the palate and a long finish.

Barrel aged Rosé: Remaining in the category of « juicy rosé’s » this cuvée that emanates from the same as the preceding wine, with the emblematic grape varieties of the Mediterranean rosés, Cinsault and Grenache, and with an attractively round, supple and complex character sublimated by barrel oak allows this wine to run with the big boys.

Rouge Harmonie 20: Round, supple, peppery spices, and character, there is an unmatched pleasure in tasting these wines always comprised of different grape varieties, aged separately then blended when they have reached perfect maturity, so as to assemble the most charming bouquet for your drinking pleasure. Harmonie Red is the result of the alchemy of the best barrel selections of 2006/2007.

Red « Vieilles Vignes » : 50 years of rootstock in these gritty-schisty hills, at an altitude of 250 meters, we must use our traditional grape varieties

to endure these conditions, but that is specifically what determines the character of this wine; powerful, concentrated and with a plethora of red fruit and spices that will bring smiles to your moments of conviviality.

Rouge Totem : Between the forces of the earth and those of the universe, the Totem symbolizes knowledge, know-how and the transmission of wine to body where the key word is “humility”. This wine is quintessential. The grapes from my highest hills are hand-picked, de-stemmed and vinified in the most traditional of methods. When just opened, you can laud its beauty, but just wait to see what happens after decanting for three hours…

Winemaker: Jean PanisFar from the busy roads, in the heart of the charming village of Bagnoles, the Château du Donjon hurls its old stones. This family owned estate gets its name from its picturesque 13th century towe- keep that juts out from the middle of its cellar and therefore the vaulted cave is an ideal place for the ageing of wines. Its vineyard of rocky clayey limesone and the gravelly terraces fall under the Minervois, Cabardès and Languedoc appellations. It is situated on the region of the “Clamoux” which is a middle ground between

the climatic influences of both the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean. Winemakers since the 15th Century, the cultural methods bring together both tradition and modern technology. Today it is in one of the most modern wineries where each grape variety is individually vinified. Having inherited the know-how, Jean Panis doesn’t care to impress the competition judges, but rather wants to produce wines that maximize the pleasure for those drinking them. Nowadays, his wines carry his signature and may be found served at the most prestigious restaurants. “So that our passion becomes your pleasure.”

Château du Donjon Languedoc Roussillon

Cuvée Prestige: The wine for elaborate meals which may accompany lamb, sauce based meat dishes, and cheeses. With re-gional delicacy’s; A genuine cassoulet.

Grande Tradition: Serve with grilled meats or with wine sauces and with strong cheeses. Great with honeyed duck breast or a guinea fowl with a Muscat de Saint Jean sauce.

Rosé: With tossed salads, regional cold cuts or white meats in a cream sauce. Try also with a warm duck liver sca-loppini in peach sauce or an asparagus omelet.

Château du Donjon: It is unmistakably complementary to our regional products were it will accompany red meats (grilled or in sauce) as well as game and strong cheeses. Even better, enjoy with a grilled lamb “noisette” with figs from the Cathar Castle region.

Le merlot du Donjon: It is uncontestably the wine to choose to accompany fine Italian cuisine whether traditional or gourmet. Don’t forget the Parmesan cheese…to enjoy with a rabbit with forest mushrooms from the “black mountain”.

L’Ombre Fraîche: Made from the Muscadelle, Loin de l’œil and Mauzac grape varieties, a youngish wine with plenty of fruit and flowers. On the palate the freshness enhances the citrussy aromas.

Winemaker: Jean-Marc BalaranBetween the cities of Albi and Cordes, our region can only please. The landscape is of green, gently rolling hillsides peppered here and there with little forests and vineyards bordered by wild broom bushes, oak or juniper trees. Our roots go as far back as those of our vines. For 7 generations, on the hills of this Tarn region soil, the Balaran family has crafted rich and bountiful wines that make for the most festive of occasions. The making of good wine is an art, a science and a moral positioning …Remaining true to past tradition, we constantly improve the work of the vineyard, the quality of the wine and its conservation. Bringing to you the best of what nature has to offer while protecting it, we are proud of this search for perfection. Without a harmonious terroir, there

is little chance for an abundant harvest, no well-balanced nectars, nor “sincere beverages.” That is the way it is here, where vines are naturally grown and which express all of their greatness. Here the bed rock is limestone or marly-limestone, back from the tertiary period, where the spark spouts out. At an ideal average altitude of 250 meters, south-east and south-west facing, our vines, year after year, express their perfect union between plant and mineral. Believing in simple movements, being intimately close to the vineyard and giving life, growing season after growing season, that is our renewed concern.

Winemaker: Sébastien Bordenave Coustarret Nestled on the Lasseure hills at 380 meters of altitude, facing the Pyrenean mountain range you will find the Bordenave Coustaret wine estate. Winemakers here since 1842, this family takes particular care in tending to its hillside vineyard together with its architectural heritage from the 18th and 19th Centuries. Motivated by ancestral knowledge and a passion for his trade, Sébastien, a young winemaker, seeks to bring out the best of the special and unique grape varieties of the Jurançon region. Effectively, the marriage between sweetness, freshness and alcohol produces the elegance and dignity of these great wines. Rigour, patience and observation allows the vines to give off their best fruit that teams over with rare flavours and aromas. This estate provides three wines: One dry white Jurançon and two sweet dessert Jurançon. The purity and authenticity of our wines will win you over. We welcome you with open arms for

a visit. You will get a sense of all the power of our culture and the love of our region that accompanies each wine and winemaker.

Winemaker : Damien LorieuxSituated in the county of Bourgueil, our estate has been keeping up the wine making tradition for 3 generations. In the heart of the Bourgeuil appellation, Lucien and Damien Lorieux manage what is today na 11.5 hectare estate, combining modern techniques whilst always respecting tradition. Our vineyard is made up of two types of soils. A gravelly terrace and hillsides of clayey-limestone.We plant exclusively the Cabernet Franc grape variety. With special attention given to the environment, we use a reasoned cultural approach on our parcels. We no longer use week killers but rather allow for managed grass growing between the rows. Above and beyond the ecological aspect, this technique has its qualitative advantages for our wines: reduction of

yields, a superior natural alcoholic content and less rot. We possess a winery that has all the temperature control equipment necessary to effectively bring along the vinification process. We also vinify the entirety of our harvest. Since January 2005, Damien Lorieux took over the estate after having finished his oenological studies in Bordeaux and winemaking experience in both Australia and California.

Tuffeaux : This wine grown on the clayey-limestone soil comes from the illustrious terroir plot known as “Les Perrières, Chevrette”. This soil allows for a well-structured wine that has a subtle aromatic profile and comes into its own after two years of bottle ageing. This wine marries well with red meats, meats with sauce, game and cheeses….You may lay down this wine for 10 to 15 years in the most bountiful of vintages and it deserves at least 2 to 3 years of bottle ageing before opening.

Graviers : This cuvée should be consumed in its first 2 to 5 years. The Graviers cuvee is a light and friendly red wine that can accompany many of the courses throughout a meal. It goes well with an appetizer, white meats or cheese.

As a result, for the protection of the health and wellbeing of the vineyard, our objectives are the following: - Regular and continual studies of the vineyard diseases and harmful insects.- Chemical intervention only in the case of imminent danger for the rootstock

and/or at the most critical moments in the growing season. - Only minimal use of chemical products so as to respect the flora and fauna.- Complete elimination of the use of chemical weed killers replaced by the

scrupulous work with the soil and growing grass between the rows.

Rosé : A light wine of salmon colour which is remarkably fruity. Perfect for summer lunches.

Les Boisettes : A nice dark ruby colour. The Cot grape variety is ever-present: fruity with character and structure. The Cabernet Franc grape reinforces the structure with its tannins with long and complex aromas. Thanks to the Gamay, this wine has freshness to it.

Authentica : A very well structured wine with aromas of cherry liqueur.

Cuvée Antoine: Bright red colour, rich in aromas, very fruity with an architecture that is both supple and well structured.

Cuvée A l’ancienne : Lovely, almost black hue with violet tints, very ripe fruit with good firm tannins that are present but refined. A very powerful and rich wine.

Cuvée Sylvain: Very nice colour with ultra-fine bubbles. Refined nose, a fruity, light and easy drinking wine.

Gamay: Bright red hue, very abundant aromas, very rich and fruity, an ultimate pleasure.

Les Charmilles : A deep ruby red colour with garnet nuances. A wine that has both strength and harmony. Long and complex aromas. A very full and complete mouthfeel due to its richness and structure.

Rouge noble Terre : A strong grape flavour accompanied by a subtle nose : aromas of flowers and fruit.

Winemaker: Vincent CailléIt is between the Sèvre and the Maine, the two rivers that gave their names to the appellation Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, where one finds the Fay d’Homme estate. For 5 generations in the “Monnières”,location, the Caillé family has been producing a Muscadet of great quality. On a vineyard of three different terroirs, the work of the soil, total labour or natural grass growing between the rows, the management of yields, the winemaking or the long ageing on lees makes for Grand Muscadets. In 1986, Vincent Caillé took over the family vineyard. Belonging to the new generation of winemakers that undertake a policy of uncompromising quality, Vincent Caillé with the frame of mind of a passionate winemaker, crafts highly expressive Muscadets Sèvre et Maine. As a result of long-hard work and constant quality, the Domaine Le Fay d’Homme is certified organic.

Winemaker: Dominique PabiotVintners from father to son for 5 generations, we seek to retain the greatest winemaking traditions of the Pouilly-Fumé region. Our estate is made up of several parcels adding up to 11 hectares situated in the heart of the appellation vineyard area, we bring together all of our efforts to make a superb quality wine. The ancestral winemaking know-how together with modern techniques and equipment permits us to preserve all of the subtlety of our Pouilly-Fumé right into your glass. Dominique Pabiot, winemaker for 30 years, puts all of his energy and experience into making the quintessential wine. Being noted practically every year in the Hachette Wine Guide attests to this. Our vineyards’ subsoil is varied with plots made up of limestone, clayey-limestone as well as Kimmeridgian marl. Our estate is situated in the small vineyard village called “Les Loges” (in the lower part of the village) where one can see the Loire

river, and the vineyards of Sancerre are only 10 kilometers away with Paris being only 200 kilometers away. We welcome you with open arms to come and taste our different cuvees. Now for a few words about mother nature: Green, tender leaves outfit the hills with a springtime dress, the earth’s ochre catches on fire under the first rays of sunlight. The magic moment has arrived where the vineyards are married to the sky and give birth to a golden fruit.

Vieilles Terres: This wine is the traditional cuvee of the estate with a light yellow colour and tints of green with an expressive nose. It is a floral wine with plenty of finesse. After a few months in the bottle, its bouquet takes on an ampleness that is indicative of its character, where it quickly reaches its peak but remains full of energy for a longtime.

Cuvee Plaisir: This cuvee de plaisir has a varied aromatic offering with its floral, fruity or mineral notes. It is a well-balanced wine that is round, ample and goes down well with a lot of structure. This cuvee comes from our oldest vines. It is produced in limited quantities and only during the best vintages.

Winemakers: Maria et Pierre MollierThis estate has been in the family for many generations and where the vines have always been present, sharing its space with olive and mulberry trees(for raising silkworms) as well as with goats and ewes, to finally become the principle and then unique harvest activity. Situated in the Vinezac county, its evocative name in the heart of the southern part of the Ardèche region, the estate benefits from a Mediterranean climate, dry and hot in the summer, rainy in the autumn, and with a terroir made up of clayey-limestone on rocky hillsides which are particularly favourable for growing wine grapes. Vinezac is actually a little “island AC” called Côtes du Vivarrais in the center of a zone normally producing Vins de Pays wines. I have been taking care of the vineyard since 1978

and I replanted the noble grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Marsanne) in all over 6 hectares of planted vines. After having left the wine co-op in 1999, I built my own winery in 2002. It is modern and functional that allows for the combination of state of the art techniques with traditional winemaking methods. I use a reasoned cultural approach where the vines are trained high using the Cordon de Royat method and undergo stringent hand desuckering and de-budding, with green pruning if necessary, grass growing between each second row, organic fertilizer and limited chemical treatments, always seeking a yield that allows for a proper expression of the terroir. du terroir.

Winemaker: Julien MusBédarrides, a village in Provence, is situated between the cities of Orange and Avignon in the Vaucluse region. The horizon spans a view over Mont Ventoux, the “Dentelles (lace) of Montmirail” to the east and the hillsides of Châteauneuf du Pape to the west. Julien Mus has lived here forever and has settled down to render his passion “wine” into bold reality. After his wine studies in Beaune, in the Cote d’Or of Burgundy, Julien has always wanted to craft his own wine. Originally a member of the wine co-op, he decided in 2005 to go it alone and create the Domaine de la Graveirette. A difficult challenge that he undertakes through a serious and detailed work whose sole objective is to make the best quality wine available. Today, the estate proposes different appellation wines such as Châteauneuf du Pape, Cotes du Rhône or even Vin de Pays de Vaucluse in the principality of Orange. The same care is taken on all of the parcels of land. The goal is that each consumer finds their favorite wine and thoroughly enjoys it by having a wide selection to choose from.
