WE COMMENCED THE WORKSHOP BY RESERCHING THE OFFICE SPACE OF THE INCOME-TAX OFFICE, WHICH FALLS UNDER THE PUBLIC SECTOR. THIS INCLUDED A THROUGH STUDY OF THE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT, THE EMPLOYEES AND THEIR INTER-ACTIONS.

AFTER OBSERVING THE PROBLEM AREAS, WE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE SOLUTION TO THESE PROBLEMS CANT BE ADDRESED BY A MERE CHANGE IN THE INTERIORS, NEITHER CAN IT BE AD-DRESED BY CHANGING THE POLITICAL SYSTEM.AT A DESIGNERS LEVEL ONE CANT CHANGE THE FOLLOWING:
•BLACK MONEY•CORRUPTION•POLITICAL SYSTEM
SINCE, THESE ISSUES REQUIRE A LARGE SYSTEM-IC CHANGE, WE CAME UP WITH A DIFFERENT AP-PROACH WHICH INVOLVES BUILDING NEW MIND-SETS.

5. SOLUTIONS
•NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)
IN ORDER TO BRING ABOUT A CHANGE IN THE EM-PLOYEES PERSPECTIVE THEY NEED TO UNDER GO NLP. THIS WILL ENABLE THEM TO GENERATE NEW NEURO HARDWIRED CIRCUITS AND BULID NEW REP-RESENTATIONAL SYSTEMS TO INCREASE EFFIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS AT WORK. THIS PROGRAMME CAN BE UNDERTAKEN IN FORM OF AN EMPLOYEE TRAINING AT VARIOUS LEVELS OF HEIRARCHY.
