Try using Incognito/private browsing to access the form. This method will ignore the browser history/cookies preventing the form from loading correctly. Curriculum Review Workflow Using Incognito/Private Browsing

Incognito/Private Browsing Instructions Users who have recently logged into CSUN web services (such as Portal, Box, Canvas, etc.) may have issues with the Curriculum Proposal form loading properly. Using Incognito in Chrome: Incognito can be accessed in two ways: 1. Open a Webpage Link in a New Incognito Window

a. From the Curriculum Proposals webpage, right click on the Curriculum Proposal Form button. (Mac users with right click disabled, use command+click to right click.)

b. Select the menu item Open Link in Incognito Window.

c. The page will open in a new Incognito/private browsing window.

2. Open a New Incognito Window a. Select the menu icon located at the top of the page to the right of the address bar.

b. Select the menu item New Incognito Window.

c. A new Incognito window will open. Open the desired website using Favorites or type/paste

the URL in the address bar.
