Category: Tegan’s Brass-finished spotlights combine design excellence with precision engineering. Claro features excellent beam control with the use of a standard integral lens or louver. Claro, Tiro and Arlo are parts of a family of compact, MR-16 spotlights that are ideal for gallery, museum, retail, commercial, hospitality and residential applications. Refer to Accessories for additional Media options. (Note: Photo at left shows a Monopoint with a Claro Spotlight to demonstrate installation example. Claro is not included with the Monopoint; specify desired Monopoint separately.)

Source: One 50W MR-16,12VAC (GU5.3 Bi-Pin) or LED 12VAC MR-16 lamp. Lamps supplied by others. Contact factory to order LED lamps. Note that all LED MR16 lamps (Cree, Soraa, etc.) are rated for different operating conditions as per the lamp manufacturer. In addition, since these lamps are new technology; they are subject to frequent changes in recommended operating conditions and/or Spot compatibility. Please carefully check to ensure the lamp specified is rated to be compatible with the selected Tegan Spot. For dimming LED MR-16 lamps (Soraa) with 12VAC transformers, please refer to page 3 of our MR-16 LED Specsheet.

The Claro MR-16 Spotlight combines design excellence with precisionengineering. Brushed Brass (BBR) finish. The Twist & Click system allows the Spotlights to be easily removed. The Spotlights click into the jack plug socket, the threaded jacket then screws into position to lock the connection in place. Once fixed, the luminaires are free to rotate or can be secured using two locking pins. Claro features excellent beam control with the use of Media. Contact factory for Polished Brass (PBR) finish. The Trimless Monopoint features the Twist & Click System for a wide variety of Spotlights. (Shown with Claro Spotlight, not included with Monopoint; specify desired Spotlight separately.) Electrical Rating: 50W (max) at 12VAC. Cut out hole: ø45mm/1.77”. Minimum Ceiling Height: 55mm/2.17”. Maximum Ceil-ing Thickness: 40mm/1.58”. Plastering up to the Twist & Click opening leaves a 19mm/.75” hole that can be concealed with the Monopoint Plug (MP) when not in use. Accessories: Monopoint Decorative Cover 62mm/2.44” (MPDC), Spot Extension (SpotExt-72), Universal Sloped Ceiling Adapter (USCA).
