Inside the vehicle, I found a small quantity of marijuana. I contacted the passenger, Kenneth Weller and completed a search of his person. I located more than 1oz. of marijuana on Weller. I subsequently contacted the car and its driver after it parked in the lot. A juvenile driver was identified.
