Personal Group Volume (PGV) Growth Points

Earn points for increasing your PGV (the value of your orders plus the orders of your Customers, Members and Distributors) • Determine your base by looking at the months of July 2011 to June 2012 and calculating the average PGV per month for that 12 month period • You earn 3 points for each month during the qualification period that your current PGV is 15% higher than your base

A minimum base of 2000 PGV will be applied

Other Point Opportunities

Longevity Points – 1 point is awarded for every year you have been in Shaklee from your application date to July 1, 2012, PLUS 1 additional point that will be earned during the qualification period

Shaklee Cares Points – 1 point is awarded for the donation of any one of the available Shaklee Cares product packs to aid those impacted by natural disasters (limit of 10 points)

Special Qualifications for Master Coordinators

Master Maintenance Points – • Earn 5 points for each month that you maintain the paid-as status of Master Coordinator or higher during the qualification period (maximum of 60 points)

Organizational Volume (OV) Growth – • Determine a base by looking at July 2011 to June 2012 and calculating the average OV per month for that 12-month period• For each month during the qualification period that your OV is above your base, you will be awarded 20 points (maximum of 240 points)

A minimum base of 100,000 OV will apply

General Information

• You must have held the rank of Coordinator or higher for a minimum of four consecutive months during the qualification period to attend the Dream 2013 Incentive Trip

• You must have held the rank of Executive Coordinator or higher for a minimum of four consecutive months during the qualification period to attend the Top Achievers International Trip

• At least one trip attendee must be listed on the qualifying Distributorship record

• Volume Grace Months (VGMs) are not allowed once the four month rank qualifications above have been met

• Once the four month rank qualifications have been met, you cannot fall below the rank of Sr. Director for the Dream 2013 trip and Sr. Coordinator for the 2013 Top Achievers International Trip through the month of the trip

Sponsoring Points

• A maximum of 100 points can be earned in this category (including AutoShip doubling and Sponsoring Carry-Forward points)

• A minimum of 50 Sponsoring Points are required (at least 10 points must be Personal)

• PV must be applied within 60 calendar days of application entry date to count toward Sponsoring Points

• For brand new people sponsored during the qualification year, if a trip is not earned, sponsoring points earned during the final 4 months of the qualification period (Mar-Jun) will carry over and expire at the end of the next qualification period for the following year’s incentive trip…a maximum of 100 points may be carried forward

• For all others, if a trip is not earned, all Sponsoring Points expire at the end of the qualification period

• Canada GOLD PAKs carry the same point values as the U.S. GOLD PAKs

• Mexico GOLD PAKs – 1 point for a 1,000 Peso PAK, 2 points for a 2,000 Peso PAK

Rank Advancement Points

• A New Rank means a first time, never before held rank, or, that the paid-as rank was held prior to July 2007 (June 2007 PV month or before). Points will not be awarded if the rank was held for more than 3 consecutive months July 2007 or after.

• Rank Advancement Points can only be assigned once for any given rank and are assigned at the conclusion of the 4 consecutive month qualification period (month of initial achievement + 3 months maintenance = 4) without the use of Volume Grace Months or waivers

• If a trip is not earned during the qualification period, Rank Advancement Points expire at the end of the trip qualification period and cannot be carried forward to the next incentive qualification period

Business Leader Development (Net Gain)

• Business Leader Development points earned by maintaining Net Gain count for 3, 5 or 7 months do not need to be consecutive

• Points are determined by the total count of first-level business leaders or to the 6 level business leader count, and not to any particular business leader

• First-level points are not awarded during Volume Grace Months (VGMs) for you or for your first-level business leader

• Volume Grace Months do not count toward month 1, 3, 5, or 7 calculations

• Net Gain first-level base and Net Gain business group base are determined on the highest count of business leaders achieved on your first-level and 6-generation business group during the prior 2 years (July 2010 – June 2012)

• Continuation of Net Gain for Business Group begun during the July 2010 to June 2011 period are based on four generations as the original Net Gains were based on four generations

Business Leader Development (Net Gain)

• Points are awarded at the end of month 1, 3, 5 and 7 that the Net Gain first-level or Business Group is maintained free of VGMs / waivers, regardless of whether that qualification began in one of the prior 2 base periods

•If a trip is not earned, Business Leader Development (Net Gain) points earned expire at the end of the qualification period and cannot be carried forward to the next qualification period, but subsequent month awards that have not yet been earned (month 3, 5 or 7) can cross into the new qualification period and will be awarded when earned

Special Qualifications for Master Coordinators

• If a trip is not earned during the qualification period, all points from Special Master Qualification categories expire and cannot be carried over to the next qualification period

• Presidential Master Coordinators – To automatically qualify for the Dream 2013 trip, a Presidential Master Coordinator must maintain paid-as Presidential Master Coordinator qualification for 9 out of the 12 months during the qualification period, and must be a paid-as Presidential Master Coordinator in the month before the trip
