Research Scholar of Career Point University, Hamirpur recorded his

Name in India Book of Record

Mr Naveen Gautam, a Research Scholar of Botany department, CPUH

honored by IBR India Book of Record in Delhi. He became the first research

scholar of Himachal Pradesh to get this award. He honored with Gold

Medal, Record Book, Special Book and National Record Certificate to make

this exceptional National Record in Delhi. He was also honored by Former

President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee. Career Point University,

Hamirpur honored Mr Naveen Gautam for his extraordinary achievement.

Greenovation 2019 Organized by Botany Department, Career Point University

Hamirpur

Greenovation 2019 organized by Botany Department of CPUH from 9th June 2019 to

14th June 2019 in Lahaul Valley. 22 students of Botany department participated in this

Greenovation 2019 with their Five faculty members. Students studied the Biodiversity

of Rohtang, Koksar, Sissu Keylong, Jispa and Zing Zing Bar with the help of

Professors. They collected various specimens of Algae, Lichens, Bryophytes,

Pteridophytes and Angiosperms. Students visited various temples and monasteries like

Raha Ghepan Temple, Koksar Mata Temple, Hidimba Mata Tample, Monasteries of

Tandi and Koksar. Bodh Lamas through a light on “Avtaras of Lord Buddha”,

“Sermons of Lord Buddhas”, “ Pali language” and on “Deties and Devils Wars”.

A Placement Drive for MBA Students in Career Point University,

Hamirpur

A Campus placement of students was organized by Axis Bank at Career Point

University on 13th June 2019, in which MBA students of various institutions like Center

University participated. The students who were selected in this campus placement had

been given appointment letter. Three students of MBA department including Ms Ruchi

Dogra, Mr Neeraj Kumar and Mr Raman Thakur appointed as Assistant Managers.

These students had been given a package of 3.22 lakh .This information was given by

Mr Vinod Kumar (Training and Placement Officer), CPUH. Management and faculty

congratulated the students and their parents for their success.

MBA Student placed in Johnson

& Johnson Company

Mr Uttam Singh, MBA Student of

CPUH appointed as an Assistant

Manager in the Johnson & Johnson

Company on 26th June 2019. He had

been given a package of 4.10 lakh.
