A New Beginning:

It’s really a dream run when we shifted our production facility to Fursungi since August 2014. I wonder when I look back whatever we’ve accomplished up till now is an achievement to all of us. Since last year we have successfully integrated manufacturing of EDM, ELTURN and STABILIZER. Not only this, we’ve also established the manufacturing of WIRE EDM machines as per latest design

Roadmap till now:

To start with during FY 2014-15 we started new manufacturing of ELTURN-16, ELTURN-200 and Stabilizers. Along with it we’ve completed assembly, interfacing, & testing of WIRE EDM machines. Simultaneously, EDM team has worked upon manufacturing & testing of first prototype unit of EDM model ELTECH D300. This is the most compact ZNC model with 40A current capacity.

NEW WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURING FACILITY

We’ve displayed the first ELTECH D300 model in IMTEX 2015 exhibition at BIEC, Bangalore with overwhelming response from the customers across INDIA. During February & March first batch of 10 machines (model ELTECH D300) were manufactured and delivered to customers across all INDIA including Delhi NCR, Ludhiana, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune & Gujarat.

We’ve also worked upon large size model which is equipped with AC servo motor for Z Axis which no other Indian EDM Manufacturer provides. We’re planning to start AC servo to all customers.

At factory we also give pre-sales trials to the customers. Many of our esteemed & reputed Clients have visited our New World Class Manufacturing Facility for conducting the job trials and also to see our manufacturing set up.

Presently the factory infrastructure is fully geared up to manufacture of ZNC EDM, Wire EDM, and CNC Lathes which give best quality products for the Tool Room Industry.

Since 1995, Electronica HiTech has been associated with the Hartford Company in Taiwan. We are highly obliged to be a part of their successful journey and be their growth partner for India operation. On 1st July 2015, Hartford celebrated their 50th Anniversary of their establishment. Indeed, in order to join in this grand event and be part of celebrating their success we arranged 40 customers from India. The event was gracious, informative and was appreciated by customers. All the customer could witnessed latest technology of Hartford machines and also could interact with the R& D team during the open house session.

In November 2014, CKY Company was incorporated into Jiangsu Yawei Company

becoming the subsidiary that specialized in 3D and 2D fiber laser cutting sheet metal.

CKY Laser manages to redefine the fiber cutting of medium power machine which will

be specialized in sheet. New Standard in 2015.

• CKY optimizes the design of the system especially for the sheet metal cutting within

the thickness of 3mm, and the whole machine has higher price ratio, expected to

replace NCT becoming the best choice for sheet metal

• CKY fiber laser cutting machine of 1000W can catch up CO2 laser cutting machine

of 2000W, and the maximum cutting speed of 700W can reach 38m/min

• CKY adopts anti-high back light path design , which can cut high reflective materials

like Cu,AI and so on. The maximum cutting speed of 700W model can reach to

8m/min when cutting aluminum plate of 1mm Thickness

• CKY specializes in fiber laser cutting machine of medium power in 500W,

700W,1000W forming a difference and complement with the parent company of

high power laser cutting machine

It’s a fantastic turnaround for CSM product line during Fin Year

2014-15. The magic is continuing in this Fin year 2015-16 too. This

year is very special to all of us as we are nearing to 60 machines having

placed across INDIA market successfully till now.

With all the efforts from our sales team across INDIA we could be

able to work in diversified business sectors like Automobile (Exhaust

Components, Car Air conditioning, Car external bumpers, Engine
