Reading Superstars Hoover students are voracious readers as was evidenced by the number of students successfully reaching their AR goals for the first quarter. In addition to those students who met their goals, there were students who went beyond by reaching the 100 & 200 point clubs. We also had K-3rd grade students reach the 50 point club. The following students meeting these standards were recognized at the November Hurricane assembly.

Lost and Found The lost and found cart is in the main hallway at school. Please check to see if your child’s lost clothing is there. Each year many coats, sweaters, lunch boxes, and other items are left unclaimed in the lost and found. Please put your child’s name on all items brought to school so they can be returned to their rightful owner if they are lost. Unclaimed items will be donated to the Maslow Project on December 16.
