Description This is an “in the hoop” embroidery design that creates a small scissor holder. It is embroidered in a 4x4 hoop from cork or marine vinyl. Please read all instructions so that you are familiar with the instructions on how to create your format and stitch the design on your machine. The design was digitized in Embrilliance StitchArtist and I have provided the BE working file. Even if you do not own Embrilliance, you can use the FREE Embrilliance Express to open the BE file and save to your format. Here is a link to information on Embrilliance Express and how to download and use it with BE files
After you open the BE file, you will want to go to File > Save Stitch File and choose your format from the pulldown list of file types. The top and bobbin thread is the same color. You will need three pieces of cork in the following sizes. If you resize the design, you will want to print a template so that you can measure the pieces.1-1/4” x 3”3-1/4” x 3”4-1/4” x 3”Hoop wash away stabilizer.Color Break #1 is a placement stitch.
Place the smallest along the dividing stitched line Right Side Up and stitch Color #2.Butt the second piece up against the top piece, Right Side Up covering the placement lines and stitch color #3
