We have a very special post with some of the most wonderful people I’ve had the honor to meet and to work with. Lastly, to my very supporve officers as without them, I could not have done this. I welcome our new round of and officers and wish them a happy, healthy, producve year. In the Spirit of Service Not Self for Veterans, God and Country, Carolyn Fish, President ~1921 - 2017 ~ From the 1st Vice Commander June, July, August and September is a Blue Star Mother’s Postage drive at our post. There is a large jug at the Bar or by the Hostess stand on weekends. All of the proceeds will go to help pay some of the cost of postage as the Blue Star Mothers send Christmas packages to our Men & Women serving overseas. Let’s ALL help these mothers get those packages to our troops! Please remember to bring your worn flags to the Post. On Flag Day we will dispose of Flags. All are welcome to attend the Ceremony. As a reminder, we do have new flags available at our post for $25. The Post’s annual Gun Raffle continues. This 5th annual Gun Raffle features a “Quad of Henrys.” There are 4 featured Henry Rifles & Cash Prize drawings for tickets 5-20 with a total value of $3600. Tickets are $4 each or 3/$10. Tickets are available at the bar as well as the Ashville General Store, Lakewood Bait Store, Hogan’s Hut, and New Beginnings and Wilcox Brother’s Hardware in Sugar Grove. If you are able to help sell some tickets, please contact me; we need everyone’s help to make sure this fundraiser is successful. As this will be my last message to you as Auxiliary President, I would like to

thank everyone for their support and encouragement throughout the year.

We have a very special post with some of the most wonderful people I’ve had
