Mrs BETTY J. HEMINGWAY was born on August 18,1939, inBucksport, South Carolina. The daughter of the late Fred and EdnaMae Graham.

Betty was educated through the eleventh grade within the HorryCounty School System. In 1966 Betty married the late LeonardHemingway.

She moved to Newark, New Jersey for better opportunities duringthe 1970's and stayed there until her passing. Her greatgrandchildren all got a chance to be loved by her and be apart of herdaily life.

She has a total of twenty siblings. She leaves behind four children.Charlene S. Graham, Latanya J. Whitaker, Leonard Hemingway Jr.,and Johnathan Hemingway. Her grandchildren total eight NaffizzahGraham, Raffizzah Pickard, James Hemingway, Nayata Kelly-Lance, Najied Kelly, Jonnita Hemingway, Tyrell Hemingway, andBrittany Graham; great grandchildren, Nafesa Graham, AiyanahHemingway, Akiym Pickard, Samina Lance, Paris Pickard, KumaraLance, Nafee Zuber, Rashan Mosely, Jasmine Anthony, ZorahLance, Isaam Lance, Farooq Lance, and Zaheer Collier. They allloved their G-Ma. Betty was loved by all of her loved ones but shehad a special relationship with her sisters Prince Ann Graham andMary Guarte. Her nieces Madarie and Pamela Graham always madesure she wanted for nothing.

Betty you will be truly missed and your memories will always betreasured.
