excellent for reproducing
photographs and have the edge
over laser printers in that aspect

the printer used and the job it is
handling, for some of the best

Publisher etc. and GIMP depending on the requirements of the
business
In-House software is usually more user-friendly to use and has a
simpler interface
Because of its simple and easy to use
format there is no need for high cost
specialists teaching the people who
will use it, consultants and company
technicians would probably be able to
support it and help those who need it

the business’s needs
There are some printing software that help organize work loads and
help you set up the quality and sizes you want quickly and saves
your settings
Compared to other high end software, Publisher comes at the
low cost of £84 from some suppliers. GIMP is free and contains
more features than Publisher
