Our VenuesRon’s Pond & LawnBeneath the towering Carson Peak, nestled among aspens at the edge of Ron’s Pond, the Lawn offers a picturesque alpine setting perfect for wedding ceremonies and other small events.

The Bodie RoomOur large conference room easily transforms into a perfect place for bridal parties to prepare for the ceremony. Dress hangers and full length mirrors are available for any bride (or groom) needing a larger space prior to the wedding.

The LodgeThe perfect rustic setting for smaller ceremonies, this indoor space includes a giant stone fireplace, vaulted hardwood ceilings and huge windows that show off our alpine scenery.

Our VenuesEagle’s Landing DeckThe perfect nature venue for your mountain wedding. The Eagle’s Landing Deck, covered by our elegant white tent, sits tucked among pines and includes access to the intimate Carson Courtyard. It is available for private parties with up to 100 guests. Deck arrangement is included.

Carson CourtIdeal for small weddings or events, Carson Court is nestled among aspens and next to a trickling waterfall with a mountain view. Situated next to the Eagle’s Landing Deck, this area is great on its own for a venue, or an add-on location.

Double Eagle LodgingThe Double Eagle Resort and Spa features beatifully appointed resort rooms and cabins. You may choose to reserve some, all, or none of the rooms for yourself and your guests. We do not require that guests stay on the property, but special discounts do apply for wedding guests.

CabinsOur two-bedroom cabins are nestled in the forest among rushing streams, towering pines and alpine peaks, creating spectacular views from their private decks.

Cabins feature:- King, queen, full and twin bed configura-tions.- Wood-burning stove or fireplace- Fully equipped kitchen with oven and mi-crowave- Living room sofa that converts to a queen sleeper.- LCD TVs, DVD, complimentary WiFi- Outside deck with personal BBQ

Resort RoomsThese spacious rooms overlook Ron’s Pond and offer great mountain views from their private decks. They all have easy access to the Creekside Spa and Fitness Center.

Guest HouseOur guest house sleeps up to 12 people, and is perfect to host a wedding party. The guest house features 2,300 square feet, a fireplace, full kitchen, two bedrooms plus a bunk room, laundry room, and access to the Creekside Spa and Fitness Center.
