My secret way to teach people improvisation around the world while inviting them to re-imagine organisations as
places for thrivability, all while having a great time
Thrivability: The intention and practice of aligning organisations with how nature and
people thrive
(Working definition for the Thrivable World Quest based on Michelle Holliday’s original definition and our work together)
What did we achieve?
• 9 global events
• 12 cities around the world Amsterdam, Baltimore, Berlin, Johannesburg, Ljubljana, London, Manila, Montreal, Olympia, Stellenbosch, Tehran, Tokyo
• Prototype of useful questions and experiential methods to bring these issues to life
• Data - universal vs local
• Hundreds of people to have this conversation and share information
Some of the questions we explored
When did you feel that an organisation really connected with you in an alive way?
What can I do to help others feel that they belong?
How can an organisation keep evolving so that life on the planet can thrive?
