Importing a credit report using the Quick Import Feature.

Quick Import Feature saves time since it eliminates the process of

downloading and uploading a Credit Report.

Check the Credit Monitoring Credentials.

Go to the Customer Screen and click on Customers.

Click on the Activity log icon.

Click on Credit Monitoring

Verify or Add the Credit Monitoring Credentials of your client.

Note: This is automatically updated when your client submits their

credentials through the client auto signup process.

Click on the Edit icon to add.

Go to Dispute Manager Screen. Click on the Dispute Icon.

Click on Add Item Icon.

Click on Import Credit Report Icon.

Choose and Select the Report Type based on the type of credit

monitoring credentials your client submitted.

Click on Quick Import Icon.

Review the accounts you want to Import in.

Note: Accounts Highlighted in red are negative accounts.

Inquiries are not selected right away; if you need to include them, you

may check on the tick box.

Click on the Import Data icon.
