IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS February 7, 2013 Changes to Your Current Wisconsin Child Support Debit Card The new Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard issued by Comerica Bank and managed by EPPIC will replace your current Wisconsin CHASE Visa debit card. The first child support collection received after February 6, 2013 will be posted to your new Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard. A new toll free Customer Service Number will be available February 7, 2013. Surcharge-free transactions are allowed at MoneyPass ATM locations. Find MoneyPass ATM locations at www.moneypass.com. What You Need to Do If you have moved, update your address online using Child Support Online Services or by calling the KIDS Information line at (800) 991-5530, or with your child support agency. Debit cards cannot be forwarded by your postal carrier. Watch your mailbox for your new Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard beginning February 7, 2013. You will be automatically enrolled when a support collection is received on or after February 7, 2013. Your Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard will be delivered in 7 to 10 days by U.S. Mail. You may change to direct deposit at anytime by completing a Direct Deposit application. The application can be found online at childsupport.wisconsin.gov or you can request an application be mailed to you by calling the KIDS Information line at (800) 991-5530. New low-balance alert by email, phone, or text messaging.
