Important Announcements and Reminders:

Scrip Sales – Scrip will again be available next Thursday for curbside pick-up from 1:00-3:00 PM. Kristina Wery asks that your make your order by at least Sunday (not Wednesday as previously announced).

Virtual Comet Crusade – Several parents have been asking about the status of the Comet Crusade, which had been rescheduled for Friday, June 5, 2020. I have been hesitant to announce too much, too soon. Watch for a detailed announcement later this week, but we are planning to hold a Virtual Comet Crusade on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM on Facebook Live. This event will include entertainment by the N.E.W. Piano Guys on Facebook Life, including the ability to make song requests for a nominal donation. The event will also include a virtual silent auction and live auction items. The entire event will be broadcasted to your home live from our school gymnasium. Many non-profit organizations have transitioned to virtual events and I am hopeful that the entire school community will rally around this event and help make it a great success. Even if you cannot afford to make a donation, we hope you will simply join in this FREE family fun. Watch for more details coming soon.

Enrollment for Next Year – We still have some families who have not fully enrolled for next year. It would be extremely helpful to us if you would kindly do so this week. At the present time we are trying to determine staffing levels and scheduling. Without knowing officially how many are enrolled, both of these tasks become challenging for me. If you need help with finishing, please just ask.

Preschool – Our PK3 numbers for next year are rather small at the present time. Please help spread the word that we have plenty of room for next year. Have them call me at (920) 494-1931 for details.

Parent Pick-Up of Student Personal Belongings Parent pick-up of student personal belongings will take place over the course of four (4) days - June 2-5, 2020. Families will have up to four different opportunities over those four (4) days to pick-up belongings - 9:00-11:00, 11:00-1:00, 1:00-3:00, and 3:00-5:00. Our attempt is to provide many different opportunities for busy families. All personal belongings are being packed up by our amazing teachers and will be grouped by last name in our cafeteria. When parents come to school, please drive up to Door 6 (Cafeteria Entrance) and a runner will bring your child’s belongings to you. We will also exchange any textbooks, guided reading books and Chromebooks. Teachers will be reminding parents what needs to be returned to school. This means that that last full day of graded instruction will be June 1, 2020. Teachers have been asked to begin preparing enrichment for your child June 2-5, 2020, but any learning starting on June 2nd will be ungraded.
