INTRODUCTION Dr. Jean-Jacques Degroof is a self-employed venture investor
and business school teacher based in Brussels, Belgium. A graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management, Dr. Jean-Jacques Degroof was recognised as a member of the William Barton Rogers Society for his support to MIT.
A leadership-giving society designed to recognize the contributions of MIT’s philanthropic leaders, the William Barton Rogers Society has a significant impact on the lives of students at MIT. Contributions support MIT International Science & Technology Initiatives, an internship program that enables students to participate in meaningful projects with labs and businesses in the United States and beyond.
WILLIAM BARTON ROGERS SOCIETY The William Barton Rogers Society also recognizes
contributions to the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Beaver Works Center, where students work with faculty and researchers to pursue innovative design-build projects in numerous engineering fields.
