AbstractPlastic, as one of the highly used material in the worlds modern industry, brings various dangers to the environment and health of human. As the overall production and consumption constantly increase each year, the creation of public awareness of the impact of plastic wastes is critically significant; more importantly, the plans that Im going to propose require specific actions to reduce the effect caused by plastic wastes.

Plastic in California Some statistic and information:Consumption: 13-20 billion of such bags/yearRecycles: 3% $428MOverall cost of securing wastes.$107M in plastic wastesPlastic wastes are difficult to be recycled 0.5M ton in 1950 > 260M ton currently

The real problem (Population)Against the environment: carbon dioxide, greenhouse fumesozone layer release poisonous fumes, dark smoke air pollution destroy the beauty of a cityAgainst human beings: creation of stagnant waters a treat to human beings indirect consumption of plastic
