Impact of Global Warming On Climate

Global warming, a phenomenon which has been taking place from long time due to theburning of fossil fuels and the use of non renewable resources like coal, natural gas, petroleum, crude oil, etc. Our planet earth is getting hotter due to an increase due to theincrease of carbon dioxide.

This article tries to gather some information how industrial revolution and the use of harmfulfossil fuels has affected our environment.

Industrial Revolution and the use of fossil fuels.

It all started with the Industrial revolution which took off in 16 thcentur that witnessed the

invention of !team locomotives, "uintessential machines, etc. #ut over the centuries, astechnolog improved that eventuall led to the invention of machines which uses of fossilfuels like petroleum, coal and natural gas. The combustion of these fossil fuels results in therelease of harmful gases like carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, etc. into the environment. These poisonous gases have a severe impact on the climate andthe environment of our planet. It also affects our health negativel.

$ind more information from a book %The &limate &asino' written b a well known economist(illiam )ordhaus. The book best explains how the global*warming affect the climate. +e alsooffers a new analsis of wh earlier policies failed, how the new approaches can succeed. Inshort, he clarifies a defining problem of our times and las out the next critical steps forslowing the traector of global warming. -ou can also find man books onwww.energbookshelf.comOil Gas, energ polic, renewable energ, nuclear energ, coal, climate change, etc.

Humans are the main reason for increasing global-warming and climatechange

+umans are largel responsible for global* warming and its adverse effects on the climate.

#urning of fossil fuels causes harmful greenhouse gases to build in the atmosphere. /s thesegreenhouse gases get collected in the atmosphere, more heat get collected. $ossil fuels likeoil, coal are rich in carbon and, when burned, produce large amount of &O0 carbon dioxide2.#urning 1 gallon of gasoline, releases 03*00 pounds of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

Global warming can have adverse effects on our climate and our lives too. This affects ourwater supplies, agriculture, power and transportation sstems, environment, and even ourown health and safet.

Its all in our hands to bring a healthy change.

(e can take steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and there b avoid the climatechange. (e can also oin our hands b supporting energ efficienc or other climateprograms.
