World Values Initiative  is an organization, run by s tudents and young professionals, that aims at h e l p i n g p e o p l e t o d e v e l o p t h e m s e l v e s th rough exper ience-based methodologies and dialog. In the center of everything that we do lies the question “Why do I do what I do?”.

What do you get out of the event? I will share with you the lessons I have gotten by starting my own company. I also hope to motivate more driven students to strive to contribute to a more integrated working life in Sweden. For me, positive change is one of the coolest things you can work with and it is also the essence of what entrepreneurship is all about. I also hope to meet some new contacts and learn from others' insights. What do you think AIESEC fills the function in society? AIESEC is a prime example of how we create positive synergies by highlighting people's different experiences and backgrounds. The internships conveyed is a perfect springboard into the professional lives of the students and at the same time a great opportunity for companies to hire driven and ambitious employees. I appreciate the positive force that AIESEC enables!
