Normas en desarrollo

Una Norma es: Documento establecido por consenso y aprobado por un organismo reconocido que establece, para un uso comn y repetido, reglas, directrices o caractersticas para ciertas actividades o sus resultados, con el fin de conseguir un grado optimo de orden en un contexto dado.

NOTA Las Normas deben basarse en los resultados consolidados por la ciencia, la tcnica y la experiencia y estar dirigidas

a la consecucin del ptimo beneficio econmico para la comunidad.

Un paso importante para una norma es desarrollar un anteproyecto (ANTEPROY), en cual es emitido por una dependencia de la administracin para Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOM) y por un Organismo Nacional de Normalizacin para Normas Mexicanas (NMX), el siguiente paso es publicarlo el proyecto de norma (PROY) en el Diario Oficial de la Federacin (Mxico), por un periodo como mnimo de 60 das naturales para comentarios u observaciones.
